Locally owned and operated since 1975, this art deco hotel offers relaxing amenities and first-rate services in the center of Old Town Key West, within walking distance of Duval Street. The staff was super nice and helpful, the location was very quiet yet in walking distance to everywhere downtown. The patio, the pool, the jacuzzi - all of that was great. It had a laid back and quaint Key West vibe. The bikes are awesome, too, so easy with bike lights and locks and basket.

Room was too bright at night (from street lights). Blackout blinds on top of or under the existing louvered would help.

This place was fabulous. We stayed for my sisters wedding so our party had 5 different rooms and all of them were unique and would stay again. Bed & linens comfortable. The pool and hot tub were added bonus, all the grounds…porches swings were delightful. We rented bikes from there all week. Location was perfect for us, ways off from Duval but close enough to everything. The best part of Eden house is the people who run it. Incredible humans, friendly thoughtful & made the stay excellent.

Location was perfect! We drive every year, for the last 12 years from WI…so parking is a MUST! The whole staff was super fabulous and welcoming. The other guests staying there, not so much- so if you’re looking to party, you can but with stares and judging from other ppl staying there. But the staff was amazing and they know what happens in KW. Get up at 6AM to hold your pool chair cuz the snoots will claim 4-8 or 10 chairs but not even sit in them. Location is absolutely perfect to walk anywhere. Price and time and location was great, unless you have money that’s more green than mine. Highly recommend!!!

I wish there were a few more lounge chairs available since most days they were full and we had to sit on the round tables instead. The hot tub was also nice and clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Perfect location to be close walking distance to the marina and Duval without being right in the mix of it. Would 100% come back. Also, lay in one of the hammocks - they are awesome.

More lounge chairs by the pool would be nice. Commercial free spotify or radio would also be nice playing by the pool since there were several ads running.

Expensive for a basic hotel . Pool was cold when we got there . Heat was not on, they turned it on after many complaints . But takes days to heat up. The photos don’t reflect the changes to the property ( hammocks gone , waterfall gone, outdoor shower gone , upper sun deck no longer accessible ) one of the Bartenders at the tiki bar was the worst ( she was most negative person ever such a downer, all she did was talk bad about the new changes at the place ) Rooms are small but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway . Shower pressure kinda stinks .

The grounds were very nice. All was kept clean. The room my husband and I shared was good. We really missed an electric outlet on both sides of the bed.

My sister and husband booked the same exact room type. Their's was so much smaller, no private bathroom. It's really too bad. We would not rebook here, taking the chance to get that room instead.

Lovely hotel in centre of Key West. Room not ready on check in but lady on reception helped with car parking and a map of the town so we could sightsee whilst waiting. Once room was ready she came out to the pool to let us know that we could collect the room keys. Convenient to walk downtown to Mallory Square and Duvall Street

Air conditioning unit was very noisy in room. No breakfast was provided - but staff recommended a superb local cafe

Location, convenience and extra amenities and excellent service staff and cleanliness was most important!

Our rooms were a little smaller than some of the other ones they had. The space for hanging clothes was minimal; but fine for the amount of time we were there. Could have offered some sort of breakfast items such as: bananas or apples, muffins for on the run early morning activities. It would Not keep me from coming back though!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the quaint rooms and atmosphere. This was exactly what I was looking for. We were close to everything so my son could walk to everything he wanted. It was easy and quick for me to get a uber. Loved sitting on the porch with my coffee in the morning.

Eden House is delightful! Clean, quiet, great bar by the pool, lovely staff and comfortable room. We loved the neighborhood location, with easy enjoyable walks to the waterfront marina and Duvall St. Highly recommend!

The vibe was fantastic and some of the rooms are pretty smallconsistent. Even though the hotel was fully booked it didn't feel like it.

Some of the rooms are small but I think it doesn't matter if you're not spending much time there. For us I was glad I paid for the extra space. Our room was perfect.

The jacuzzi

Didn't get the room we paid for (it didn't match photos), so our son had to sleep on a couch all week. Plus, I'm disabled (broken ankle that couldn't be fixed after 3 surgeries) & I had to walk up & down all those stairs every day, plus our bill from the Tiki Bar was over $250 for a total of about 8 drinks??? Wow. We will not ever be returning. It was a waste of money

The staff was amazing, knew our names and I loved that there was someone available 24 hours a day. The grounds were stunning and the pool was perfect for daytime soaking. I felt the whole place was amazingly well kept and really loved the walkability to everything.

Our suite was amazing but next time I’ll request an upper floor room, I’m a light sleeper.
