Location wise I don't think you can beat this Hotel. The casino is very good with lots of good bars.

This is my 3rd or 4th stay at the ARIA but was my worst so far. Found a packet of opened salmon in our fridge which I can only assume was left by previous guest. Room failed to get cleaned and when I phoned to speak to staff was simply told yea sorry about that we had a lot of checkouts......not sure what that has to do with me. Fridge was not restocked once in our 6 day stay. I am due to come back here in July with 4 other guests but I am now considering cancelling and booking a different Hotel.

Typical huge Vegas resort. Room was clean though outdated and not has fun as the Cosmo or the Wynn.

My room wasnโ€™t ready when I checked in at 1pm whereas everyone elseโ€™s rooms were ready at that time. They found me a room fairly quickly but it seemed like maybe the booking.com booked rooms didnโ€™t get matched ahead of time properly. Also I paid over $500 for one night in a king room. Was it worth it? Probably not.

In the middle of the strip and has some of the better restaurants on site. Tram to ride to other MGM properties is so convenient.

Ac in room 16-274 was trash. The room was hot all 4 days. Tried to view the city from our room but the exterior of the windows looks like they have never been cleaned since installation.

The hotel itself was lovely, the room was really nice & comfortable with a great view of the strip! It was in a good location too!

Upon check in, we couldnโ€™t get the room we had paid for, but weโ€™re told told we could the following day. When we asked the following day, again we were told they may not have the room we paid for. When asked why this is, we were told that โ€˜the hotel over books, on the expectation people donโ€™t turn upโ€™. This was incredibly disappointing to hear and also not our fault, we had paid more than we usually would as we had flown out to get married, but it felt like we were an inconvenience to the hotel. Eventually the correct room was found, but no apology and we had the hassle of then moving all our stuff to another room. Secondly, now we werenโ€™t expecting the red carpet rolling out but we had made it clear on the booking and on arrival that we were there to get married and to celebrate this special occasion. There was no acknowledgment from the staff, no congratulations or anything. We never expect stuff for free or anything, but for a more โ€˜upmarketโ€™ hotel, we maybe thought that something may have been done or even a congratulations, but there was nothing. We made the member of staff aware upon checking out and in fairness, they did end up refunding the resort fees which was a nice gesture

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the service provided by our cocktail waitress at the pool, Chaz. Very efficient, friendly and good follow up.

there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and even though we were on the 20th floor, we could hear sirens, etc. like they were right outside. The bathroom design was weird, and it would be nice to have some "white noise" for sleep assistance. At one point we couldn't get our lights to turn off, and our mini bar was broken, door didn't close and everything in there was lukewarm.

Nice and easy to get to the main road

Our room was not clean. Dust on the table, mirror, and the frame of the bed. Also found in the room a plastic cap from a toothpaste on the floor that was probably from the previous clients. After the first day when we came back in the room we didnโ€™t had any bathrobe anymoreโ€ฆ called reception and they confirmed the cleaner probably forgot to bring new ones. Also they mentioned it wil take @ 2 hours to get new ones. We are talking about 10.30 pm The small table in the room was dirty on the side , something like icecream or some kind of cream!

The location of the Hotel on the Strip is great. Pretty much in the middle of all of the other hotels. Easy to get around just by walking. The rooms (and bathrooms) were a really good size. We got breakfast onsite and they were big enough to last us the whole day.

We were surprised to find that the Pool closed at 6pm and the Pool bar took last orders at 5.30. A couple of days we arrived back from our days adventures at around 5.30 so was disappointed to find that we couldn't get a drink by the pool.

Everything was extremely cynical. Almost all the staff came across as though they were completely disinterested and would rather be somewhere else. Value for money was shockingly poor. You have to queue for everything - except slot machines. No tea or coffee in the room - standard in other places AND THEY EVEN CHARGE YOU IF YOU DARE TO PUT SOMETHING IN THE FRIDGE!!!!
