The rooms were very clean and large. The kitchen came in handy and was a full kitchen.

Having to pay parking fees. The room had a smell to it.

The rooms have a door connecting which isn't unusual, but there was zero sound insulation between the rooms, even a low conversation next door could be heard

the facility is nice some of the staffs are nice & helpful

room service is not good. We lived in the hotel for 16 days, we were told at check in, room cleaning twice a week, but in fact we only got one time room cleaning for the 16 days.

Excellent and big place for family! Really better than the advertisement, because the pictures were not so clear. I rented the room with two bedrooms (really two rooms attached), perfect for a family. Even hay a chimney! Kitchen, two bathrooms dishwasher (with its soap!), laundry machine... Super great, also parking. Had shuttle to the strip in Vegas for convinience also

The hot water was not great the first day, and it was a problem, mainly in one of the bathrooms.

It was very spacious, in a great location, in close proximity to the Orleans Arena, which we needed to travel to for an athletic event. It was fully stocked with a full kitchen, cooking utensils, dishes, washer and dryer. It has a pool and a jacuzzi on one section of the property.

It is an older community and could benefit from cosmetic updates to furniture, carpet, restrooms and decor and updated technology compatible with iPhone chargers would be great. The second bedroom and bathroom are technically a separate unit with its own entrance leading out to the rental community. My children are 9, 11 and 14 and I can trust them not to open the door or open the door to strangers. If they were slightly younger or impulsive, this would not have been a reasonable configuration. It also would have been helpful to have two full size beds in the second room rather than 1 bed and a sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofas are cumbersome and generally not as comfortable as a bed. My 14 year old used the sleeper sofa because the 1 bed was insufficient to accommodate all 3 of my daughters.

very clean and very spacious for the price. clean linens and clean room. good sized complimentary breakfast. Did not use much of the amneties but you are close to many stores right down the street.

There isn't nothing i can find that was bad. Maybe the resort fee.
