One of better off strip locations in Vegas
Plain and simple customer service was abhorrent. Casino staff were biggest violators but hotel management and security were INEPT! Casino floor management was piss poor and the attitude permeates down.

No stress navigating the property! Coffee in room, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Had lunch in the front yard, played online poker the whole time but didn't get beers comped. Easily played long enough to get at least one, but was charged 15 bucks for 2 domestic bottles.

Room is large and in good shape. I like the smaller quieter atmosphere offered off strip, but still close. Easy public bus from airport. Great big tv screen in restaurant/bar. Good food, good bbq, decent price. Less than 15 minute walk to strip, or 5 minutes to bus stop, then about 5 minute ride. Third time at this hotel.
Poor pillows, hard, thick… hallways getting worn. Not many tables in casino, lots of electronic machines though.

There wasn’t a long line/wait to check in. The bed was very comfortable. The location I had in the hotel was quiet at night. Also, the location of the property was great.
The staff seemed grumpy. Also, when housekeeping crew was in the hallway, they would leave their communication devise on so loud you could hear it a dozen rooms away when it was right next to them. The famous steak advertised at the restaurant was, hands down, the worst I’ve ever had. I had a few bites and stopped. The baked potato was hard and didn’t even melt the butter. I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast was great.

I liked the location of the hotel. I also appreciated how quiet the room was we were put in. Enjoyed the food served at the Village Pub & Cafe. The staff were great, friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning unit in our room was quite loud. Fortunately, it got cold so we could turn it off for the majority of our stay.

Smaller Vegas property made it easier to get around and experience everything.
The rooms were clean and had everything you need. However they are noticeably smaller rooms than your normal resort rooms in Vegas.

I come for the great food and was very disappointed eating at the CAFE. I love this place and come here specifically for the food and the service. Just disappointed and decided to only eat one time on a three day stay. Usually I don't eat anywhere else.

The hotel, although old, offers excellent value for money, with spacious and comfortable rooms, vending machines for drinks and snacks, as well as two snack bars and two restaurants in the adjacent casino. The location is good, a 10-minute drive from the main attractions.
It is suggested that espresso machines, such as Nespresso or Illi, be offered in the rooms so that guests can use their own capsules.

The location was convenient, as was our room location — first floor, just steps from the door to the casino and ride share pickup. There were plenty of dining options available, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful.

The location to the Sphere was within walking distance. Had a nice casino attached. The room had a lot of amenities for a small space. The room was updated and clean when we arrived.
No one cleaned our room during our stay we had to ask them to. We had to ask for towels daily. The hotel is in the airport "takeoff and landing" area so very loud air traffic. The casino is separated by a parking lot and people gather out in the parking area late at night and when you are trying to sleep you can hear yelling and loud music. If staying here I would suggest not to have a room on the side close to the casino.
