This unit has a spectacular view

This corner unit has a spectacular view with a big wraparound balcony. However, the balcony is locked and you can't access it. I would have never booked this. Furthermore, there are no cooking utensils, no plates, no silverware, and this is a one bedroom with a full kitchen. I want a full refund.

This is a great spot for a staycation. Beautiful views and affordable for the size of the rooms/suites. You could have easily fit multiple people in my suite comfortably. The pool is also nice and not crowded.

I loved the room, but there were little things wrong. Some of the lights didn't work, and neither did the fireplace. There were 2 balconies, but only one was accessible. The much larger balcony was locked. The TV/media set up is also a bit outdated. Only one TV worked to connect to my personal youtube or netflix.

The room is nice and the casino is nice. It's not as loud as being in the strip. Smoking is allowed in the casino.

Service was almost none existent. Went to the casino to play and have a drink, the bartender ignored us the whole time but served other people.

Location was nice and I felt safe.

I had a problem at check in with the manager. Originally when I tried to check in the manager told me my reservation was cancelled and there were no more rooms available for the price I had booked. She told me it was an extra $42 a day for a different room as I was showing her my reservation wasn’t showering cancelled on my end it was very much active. Instead of being helpful she didn’t care and insisted I pay that or I can go across the street to see if other rooms were available. I surely looked online and seen the same room I booked was showing online available for the same price instead. I continued to stay at the counter to pay for another room considering I had drove five hours and was very tired. She was very unhelpful and rude. After booking another room she then walks off and had someone else a nice gentlemen help me check in. The room was nice but wasn’t too much clean. Bugs were in the bathroom and hair was everywhere there. You can tell it wasn’t very clean although was very nice. I again was very tired so I cleaned it myself.

The rooms are very large. The views are great.

The stopper in the bathtub did not catch so I couldn’t take a bath, the balcony door did not unlock, and the staff was so rude. I spoke to The general manager, and we had a long discussion

They were very accommodating, the room was amazing with a really good view of the strip. They even went the extra mile and decorated the room for me since I was celebrating an anniversary.

I honestly have no complaints
