The room we took was an upgrade to a king. It was clean and comfortable. There were several places to eat which was fine. Check in was easy and relatively quick for us. Parking was free and easy. The hotel is The last stop on the mono rail which was convenient as it had its own stop. The air conditioning worked really well in the room.

The hotel is The last stop on the mono rail which was convenient as it had its own stop. The air conditioning worked really well in the room.
The location is the very north of the strip, its the last hotel. Immediately across the road north bound the atmosphere changes when walking with a quite threatening feel and numbers of people who looked to have drug problems and living on the street. We were advised not to walk north towards Freemont Street but to take a taxi. It may have been a temporary issue but for our two night stay wifi constantly dropped off every few minutes which also impacted on the room TV constantly dropping off. Worse were the elevators. In our tower there were 5 but they were not recognising a request to go down from any of the lobbies. This meant that people were having to jump in any elevator to go up, and wait eventually for it to go down which could only happen when the down button was pressed from inside the lift. They said they knew there was an issue but there were large groups of people stuck in the lobby of the floors waiting to go down. The hotel did not compensate for wifi issues and even worse being unable to call for an elevator down, which when you're on the 17th floor is a big deal. No one would ever book a hotel knowing the elevators were not working properly so I would have expected to have been offered a reduction in the bill, which did not happen. I won't stop there again mainly for it being so isolated at the North end of the strip, but also for the lack of recognition of the failing infrastructure on the price.

The Sahara is great to be on the strip. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Parking was easy and accessible for the hotel.
The bedding had been washed but had some stains, which was a little disturbing. The wall mirror light is obnoxious when trying to sleep since it is at bed level.

I liked the location and the fact that it was free parking, it was very clean and staff was very nice.
Got charged twice on accident and lady had attitude with me and it was third party fault. Still havenβt got deposit back. And elevators need fixed In parking garage.

The check in staff were very friendly. I even had an employee wish me a Happy Mother's Day as I got on the elevator.
The internet was intermittent. The TV consistently lost connection. We were notified by text they were working on the problem. It still wasn't working well when we checked out. I'm glad they kept us well informed.

I loved the free self-parking! There were plenty of spots, and we didn't run into any issues. There was a good variety of shops downstairs. The bed was quite comfortable.
The setup of the studio was a little unusual but okay. There was also some sort of event/show/concert happening above our room, which had extremely loud audio late into the night. I thought this was going to interfere with our ability to sleep, but the bed was so comfortable that we fell asleep without an issue.

Our room was in the 24th floor - it was very quiet.
Very nice Equipment in the room.
Monorail station directly in the hotel. Therefore the main area of the Strip is good reachable.
Free parking!
It is not in the main area of the strip.
For the pool: There are much to less parasols at the pool area!

Nice hotel, staff were helpful. Beautiful poor area.
Drink prices at the pool were WILD-$25 for 2 cokes, not even refillable!
Location- a good bit away from the main drag of the strip by foot. The metro in conveniently attached to the hotel however you would be cheaper getting an Uber!

The staff was amazing. They were extremely friendly, nice, and accommodating. From the smiling security team to the exceptionally sweet housekeeping team (especially Ms. Kim. She was so sweet and nice. Felt the joy radiating off of her). I will definitely be back. We tell everyone about our stay at the Sahara.
There was absolutely NOTHING we disliked. We loved everything about the Sahara.

The front desk is a disaster, completely understaffed at any moment of the day. The people are doing their best, but after waiting 30 minutes to get checked in that is hard. Really long waits in afternoon and evening. It says enough that they had to implement an airport-type queuing system.... I also wonder about their software system. It takes 10-15 minutes to check somebody in..... how on earth does that work?

Clean, modern design.
Charge for checking in 35 min early. I know youβre not the only hotel that does this but it leaves a bad impression. Also, the Front desk could do a little bit better explaining things like hotel amenities and transportation. Did not realize there was a monorail until our second day.

Parking was free and the entrance and casino was nice.
Check-in took way too long it was ridiculous. The room we booked wasn't available and gave us an (newly remodeled) room. When we got to the room, the trash wasn't emptied, the tv didn't work, the bathroom door was very hard to open, and close some of the outlets didn't work. Bed was very uncomfortable, and pillows were so hard. The room didn't cool correctly it was horrible. we were just too tired at this point, traveled all day & wanted to sleep comfortable. That didn't happen. We seriously paid over $400 for a horrible experience. NEVER again. Wish we could've gotten some reimbursement. Horrible wedding anniversary night experience.

Everything was fine
I really donβt like the attitude of an employee named Ma Ceniza, she literally almost drove me and my child outside, she demanded some strange confirmations, I used an Apple credit card, itβs a white card without data in the form of a card number on it, I showed her that my name to verify my identity and the name on my credit card converge, but she didnβt want to hear me and said I cancel your reservation, it was around 11 am, I booked through booking, but she didnβt want me to move in with the child and try in every possible way to make me go outside

Quiet and clean
We had to move from first room in Blanca Tower because it was small, old, and misconfigured. The toilet and shower were separate from the sink. The view from the room was the top of the parking deck. We. moved to a different room for an additional $100 in a different tower. Got there, then noticed that the cold water in the sink didn't work. We had to call maintenance. The next day, television didnβt work. Not good.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms looked nice and I enjoyed how close it was to everything
The check-in was a nightmare, it was memorial day weekend so I get it but we waited at least an hour before we got checked in and in our room. Upon arrival we tried to call down to the staff to bring our bags and the phone didnβt work, I think called and was on hold for 10 mins before I got someone and they told me to call back in 15 mins. That night we discovered a cockroach in our room and the shower drain needs to be cleaned. When you shower the shower would fill with water and take a while before all the water drained.

Reason we booked at this hotel was the fact that it was so close to the Las Vegas Fair ground, but also had the monorail stop to access the rest of the strip.

The room was too noisy at the first night. The huge screen just outside the room play music almost whole night untill 2am in the morning. And the room is quite small vs the pictures on the booking website, and the money we paid for three nights.
