Apartment was perfect! All the things you need- dishes, stacked laundry, full kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with full baths and walk-in closets! Location in fashion district, everything you need within walking distance, restaurants, CVS, Bodega, coffee, bars, many great options. Loved the old building, Bankers Lofts, with keyed entry and security during day time. Offered Parking option close by. Noise from the street and city could be a problem at night, but the host has you covered, ear plugs are provided!!
The apartment needs a deep clean. It wasn't bad, but it definitely could use some TLC. The check in process- was a bit sketchy, but it was all legit...so far.

Excellent host with A+ communication. Great apartment with great facilities. Security on the apartment door. Nice part of Downtown L.A - felt safe. Good coffee 1 minute walk across the street. Would recommend and would also stay again no problem.
Haven't been to L.A before. Downtown L.A is downtown L.A It's not Beverly Hills or Hollywood. But in saying that, it's in the nicer place of Downtown L.A and we felt safe the whole time. Can't complain.

The a/c didn't work, it was 82 to 83ยฐ in the room during the day and about 79 to 80ยฐ at night making it a very uncomfortable stay. The hot tub wasn't filled up and didn't work and the host barely spoke any English which made it very difficult to understand her.

We have really enjoyed the apartment. It's stylish, cosy, clean and furnished with the thought about traveller's needs. Exceptional attention to the details (soft towels, utensils, bedding), swift check-in, making sure reaching out to the guest well beforehand to accommodate and cater to the guest's needs, marvelous rooftop dinner made our stay memorable. The room has an awesome view with everything needed for a comfortable stay. They even provided disposable earplugs for those who are sensitive to noise. One person came from Colorado, so LA city noise bothered him. He definitely used a pair.
I wish there were some speakers with Bluetooth or an aux cable.

The location was convenient and the apartment was clean and comfortable.
Suggestions: Instructions on where to park when arriving. The parking garage was not made available until we were in the apartment and were told where the secure parking was and given the controllers to the gate. The charge of $30/day was not expected either. We had to purchase a spot across the street ($30) for the first day in order to unload and access the building (total $120). Address on the instructions read 812 Spring Str., but the actual address is 810. We were banging on the wrong door and had to call the owner/manager to find the correct entry.

Very beautiful and wonderful location. The property had unique touch of rustic and modern design. Such a nice and spacious area for my family and had no issues at all!
Unfortunately the rooftop seems to be under construction? I went to the top and it was dark and messy, may be remodeling. I really wished it was as picture because I wanted to spend time outside.

The place was located right in the middle of everything. A group of us got this beautiful home while on a trip to a major card tournament. It was located literally 20 mins away from everything. The staff were all very nice and took care of all and every accommodations we had !!! Will definitely book again in the future!!

The location was prime downtown Los Angeles. It was centrally located to many restaurants and nightlife and was easy to access parking. The parking lot was safe and monitored so there was very little concern for safety of the car.
The roof was under construction, which was a major factor in why I chose this place. The security deposit also has not been returned to my account after two weeks.

Air conditioner was broke on arrival of day. I asked when would it be fixed, they told me to open up a window. The rooftop which is the main reason I booked was closed for renovations. There was a $200 security deposit, which was strange to me but I still have yet to receive my refund. I will not be back, my experience here was not pleasant.

A good sized apartment for a family.
The TV was not working. We were only offered another apartment after we decided to check out early. The advertised beautiful open terrace was not actually available for use. The neighbourhood smells of urine. The property is a few blocks away from skid row area. 9th Street to 11th Street side of the property is probably a much better area to explore on your first day rather than towards the 7th Street and 6th Street. Comfortable and safe feeling in LA is very much about which part of the street and avenue.

A very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, well-maintained, clean, and located in the city center. A paid garage is also available (right next to the apartment), which is extremely convenient. It is situated on the 11th floor, which is definitely an advantage of this place. The views from the windows are pleasant, as befits a central location.
There was a bit of dust in the corners ;) But overall, thereโs nothing about the apartment that I didnโt like. The only downside is the notorious issue in Los Angeles, which unfortunately isnโt easy to improve: the presence of drug users and homeless people, who are everywhere (whether it's downtown, the beach, or upscale neighborhoods). Sadly, their shouts can be heard even from the 11th floor at night, and stepping out of the building in the morning, you might encounter their waste (not only trash...).

The downtown location was close to restaurants and a supermarket. We use Uber to get around and never had to wait long for a driver. We also used the 'Red-Bus', we were close to a pick up point. Meeting our host for key exchange and instructions was very easy.
Didn't feel safe to walk around the area at night. We used Uber to get back to our apartment when we were out after dark.

It was clean and brilliantly stocked and in a great location with a food market down the street and 15 mins walk to grand central market. The staff were super kind helpful communicated really well helped with the check in the parking and generally went above and beyond to make sure our stay was easy and comfy. We had 7 people in the apartment and managed great. The sofa bed was comfy.

This is a nice two bedroom apartment in Central LA. The hosts were helpful and friendly. There is a good breakfast cafe close by, and it is close to major freeways.
The apartment is a few blocks away from Skid Row, a large homeless encampment. We have no hate or fear of homeless people and often help them; I didn't spend effort to see what the situation was in advance. However, when you have a larger group like I did, and you are responsible for their safety as I was, it would be helpful to have basic information about the situation before booking. I would probably still have booked had I known, but the truth should have been addressed by the landlord in advance. The truth is you will encounter quite a few homeless people in the area. Most of them are harmless. Just folks down on their luck, possibly addicted to one or more substances. You need to be aware of this and know how to manage the situation in advance. I suggest that the landlord note this in a transparent way for future guests.
You should also know that if you book by credit card, once you arrive you will be asked to pay by cash. This information does not appear anywhere on the booking page. It should.

It served our purpose of needing two rooms, a kitchen, and shared work/sitting space. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave, tea and coffee. Functional is the most appropriate word I would pick. Whole Foods is 4 blocks away and it's near the garment district which was my prime motivation on selecting this property. FYI - there isn't an on site host so getting into the building has to be coordinated based on your estimated arrival time.
The corridors are noisy because there is so much concrete and tile and no soft furnishings to buffer noise; the lifts and downstairs entry way are dirty. One of the bedrooms is fully enclosed but the other is divided from the living area by a glass screen which does not go all the way to the ceiling so it is not a sound barrier. The area is in the transition zone of historic downtown so I probably wouldn't pick it again.

The location was perfect and convenient to everywhere we had scheduled to go. The loft was cozy and had personal touches. Staff was wonderful and made it very safe to enter and exit. Parking in a secure covered garage was just around the corner which was a great option to have.

Location wasn't great. People who lived there warned that one of the lifts kept breaking down. It didn't live up to the pictures displayed online. There was a rooftop that was closed due to work being done and this wasn't told to us before we arrived.
