everything was o bad walked into the room smelled like smoke. cracks in the wall stains on the sheets and blankets and when we asked for new sheets was told they dont have access to them. then the pillow smelt like body odor didnt sleep one bit

One of the stuff was so rude and inpatient while i was looking for water on my first night the vending machine didnt work and he was cert rude to me when i ask for help, in general that same stuff member was very rude in evert incounter.
Old room and very low maintain. Only thing good about this places is the location but still its overpriced holywood in general is so overrated and overpriced better stay in santa monica or other parts of LA

Location was super convenient. Price was reasonable.
Bed bug bites! The following morning I woke up with an itch on three locations of my body. Turns out it was bed bugs, this is the third day after my 1-night stay and the rashes are not subsiding. Be on the lookout if you plan on staying in this place!

It has everything you need. A clean bed, mini fridge, a private bathroom, and I did check under the bed to find no ghost goblins or monsters.
The room was a little out of disrepair and hot water did not last super long. The hair blow dryer did not work but not super important to me.

- We arrived to Motel before check-in but the room was ready and let us early check-in
- Room was brand new, it was newly decorated and all the furniture was spotless
- Beds were comfortable and bath was clean
- There was room for about 10 cars parking but we always found a spot anytime we arrive
- It says no internet, but WiFi was applicable and fast
- Even the rooms were new the sound isolation is an issue, you may hear the traffic or the next door rooms at night
- After a few restoration probably price will be higher
- Beds were made everyday, it would be much nicer if the floor was wiped in every 3-4 days

It had a bed, bathroom.
The refrigerator/ freezer made so much noise I had to unplug it rendering it useless. The blankets snd “blanket” were do thin I don’t even know what they were. You had to pay .$050 per small bin for ice. I’ve never had to pay for ice at a hotel that cost $100.

Noisy, people were talking loudly outside very late. I couldn't sleep well there, and wouldn't dare to open the door!
I didn't feel safe in the first room very smelly as well, when I first went out to have dinner, and returned someone turned the tivi on, and took my stuff out of my suitcase, then I went to complain to the manager, returned to the room, someone opened the door wisely and turned off the electricity, the room was dark -black. So scared!
Thus, I asked them to change the room for me!
Overall, I didn't feel safe to stay there for a few nights! Hard to sleep at night as the cars' noise and people were talking loudly very late after 12 am.
I'll never book this hotel again.

Chick fil a and in n out where right down the street, Hollywood walk of fame was about 2 blocks away,
We were supposed to have 2 queen beds, they were not queen size, they were 2 full beds. Our kids slept in one and because they are small they fit fine, my husband and I on the other hand were fighting to not fall off the bed, the shutters were broken, there was a gap in the door, you could smell cigarette smoke coming from outside, a burn hole in the quilt.....the location of the hotel was questionable, 2 abandoned buildings next door, lots of homeless people, random people would wander on the property. we stayed here because it was one of the cheaper options, we weren't going to spend a lot of time in the room, we only ate and slept, Universal was like 10 minutes away, which we were content with.

The cleaning staff are all pleasant. If they are waking by when you open the door to come or go they always try hard to look inside. It’s a bit much. Other than that they are nice. The one guy with glasses is feet. Nice. Personable. The smaller guy, who lives above the office…mmm. Not so much.
Lots of sketch people not staying there are always around. I think from next door.

The shower didnt work had to wash up over tub.
The Refrigerator leaked and although i selected to pay at property the staff wouldnt allow any other type of payment and i had to use the credit card on file to hold abd reserve the room when i didnt wabt to have that card charged due to other things i had scheduled to post to that credit card that im not having to work out differentlyba real upsetting dissppointment after the option had been selected in past experience i was able to pay with a cash snd or diffent method.
That there wasn't a shower and i had to take a wash up type bathing over tub.
That u couldn't pay with a different payment type of method as i intended by selecting the option to pay at the property. I honestly feel it had more to do with the staff on shift who didnt want to do anything but charge the card on file.
Oh and the stepping in water that leaked from refrigerator.

The room was clean and the maids were nice. Pool was similarly satisfactory. Unfortunately, someone attempted to break into our room (LOTS of questionable characters around) and it made our door difficult to open. Despite alerting the staff immediately, them having cameras stationed at the door, they accused us of trying to break into our own room and causing the damage. Which makes no sense. Glad to be out of there though for the rest of our stay as they also price gouge you unabashedly. Originally booked for $90 on Expedia and when we extended our stay, despite there being over 60% vacancy the rate jumped to $230. And they claimed if we re-booked online we'd have to vacate until check in time. What a hassle.

There was fridge and microwave, I only used fridge.
The towels were so cheap that the little fibres will be left on your skin, I had to use carrier bags to cover the blinds because the blinds were broken and people could see in my room. The bathtub was stained. There was always a smell when you entered the room, and my clothes always smelled of it. One of the plugs didn't work well so I had to use the one near the sink which is unsafe, also why isn't there a plug beside the bed?
A fly died in my room (1 of 2) by the mirror and the cleaner didn't clean it.
