Very comfortable and well equipped. Particularly liked that there was tea, coffee, milk, sugar, & other food bits provided on arrival. Staff were very responsive.
Good bus connections nearby as we didnโt have a car.
Took us ages to locate the key box for entry. It was at the bottom of the gate, whereas all the others were at the top! Our issue but the instructions could have mentioned this.
Wi-Fi instructions were incorrect so had to find box and work out which was the correct username etc to use. No big deal and hopefully this is resolved now after I mentioned it to the staff.
Area looks a bit grim but we didnโt feel unsafe.

It took 45 minutes to get the key which caused us to miss our tour at the observatory. Parking is a pain. It is important to note only 1 car can be in the garage which is difficult to get into.

Closed parking was provided for one vehicle but it was paid. We as a group having two vehicles found that very inconvenient. Had to run around looking for free parking slots.
Kitchen utility items were provided.
Bathroom had all the essentials including a hair dryer.
None of the beds were cleaned from the previous stay. The beds were made, but it had hair and dust all over it. We saw this only after very late and had to sleep on those dirty sheets. It was terrible.
No wifi was provided for our room. We had to use network allocated for a different room and it did not have good connectivity.

Very clean, well equipped, everything that was needed for a family stay was there, plenty of room and sleeping arrangements for everybody.
Location may be questionable in the first instance, but it honestly would not stop me from staying there again. Relatively close to most of LA or a freeway taking you across LA. Felt safe.

The place was so cute and modern. Loved the full kitchen. The beds were very comfy.
The map on Priceline shows this apartment in a completely different location than it is. It was false advertising and then we werenโt allowed to pull out or switch locations. I hope they get this fixed.
The windows let in too much road noise, it is really hard to fall asleep itโs so loud. And itโs a busy street with traffic that doesnโt let up, meaning itโs noisy day and night.
Thought it was a little odd we were told to park in the handicapped spot, we were very appreciative to have a spot to park in the lot, but were confused about parking in-front of a sign that says weโll be fined.

It was noisy especially at night despite closed windows (poor soundproofing) and turned off AC - building situated right next to very busy street.
AC also very loud.

We stayed in Feb 25 and had an excellent time. Communication with StaysPro was really fast and clear. The apartment is really big and has fantastic facilities. Pretty much everything you might need for a week away, so most of it we didn't actually use but it was great to have the option. Cooking facilities were really good, it had a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, huge fridge, washing drying and ironing facilities. We took the parking option which cost a little more (not much really though), but definitely well worth it as it looked as though the on street parking was in massive demand in the area, so finding a parking spot at night would have been tricky. The location was a little way from attractions, but easy to get around by car and everything within half an hour drive. The only slight downside I found was it is next to a fairly busy road, so there's a little traffic noise through the night. Overall though, it's a really modern and nice apartment that is excellent value for money.

The property was gated very good! Had to have code to get into property ground, code to get into property, then code to get into room, so itโs very safe and locked down, it was in the middle of EVERYTHING, I swear everywhere we Uber to was 15-20 min
The only thing I didnโt like was the location, just a little ghetto, I liked it though. And maybe a microwave, it says it has a full kitchen but no microwave.

After a very bad experience the first day, we were sent to an apartment that was amazing and in a better area.
The 1st day when we arrived ,it was almost midnight, so, we just wanted arrived take a shower and sleep but ,surprise, some people were inside our airbnb apartment,so,we had to deal with them and the hostes,so, they send me over to the next door airbnb apartment with just 1 room,so, we had to fit there, which it was very uncomfortable because we are more than 2 person, That's why we rent one with 3 rooms.Plus, The towels smell horrible ,the sheets where dirty and the bed have a lot of hair , The next day they send me over to another apartment , the hostes told me that they going to made a refund but still not get it.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location near N Breed and State St is excellentโclose to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it very convenient for getting around. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and responsive.
The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. It felt safe, quiet, and overall a great value for the area.

Much larger than we expected, it had 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which was nice. Nice street, felt safe. Pretty views, ceiling to floor length windows.
Parking will be tight for larger cars. Our 2025 Nissan Pathfinder barely got into the parking spot 4.
