Great location and parking very convenient (although paid separately). Staff was helpful and friendly and the room was very big and clean. Overall good value for money.

I didn’t have hot water in the shower during my stay. There were some loud guests at 3AM and there was overall noise coming from the street during the evenings.

I stayed at The Moment Hotel and was impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was from the start. The location was great and very close to the RUNYON CANYON PARK. I had a few beautiful hikes there! Highly recommended!

Coffee and water available 24/7 great for in the morning. Quiet enough hotel and area wasnt busy. Faced the car park and never heard anyone talking outside. Could see Hollywood hills from room. Microwave available good for heating up leftovers. Bed was really comfy. Shower was great. Room was warm enough. Got cleaned everyday with bed made. Coffee machine in room and refrigerator. Staff where friendly. Big room. No carpets. Can't think of any negatives. We don't drive so never used the car park so that didn't apply to us personally. Our Uber had never even heard of the place in 40 years so it must be a quiet place.

The rooms were very shabby and dated. The window which opens on to the street is protected by a broken window net...anyone could get in. Would not recommend a ground floor room ...people banging on the window at night time. Felt very unsafe in this hotel Great location for Hollywood attractions.

Great location. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Modern hotel.

Air con controls- only an on and off setting so couldn’t adjust the fan. Rip in curtain- wasn’t a huge issue as they had blackout blinds.

Clean, nice, comfortable rooms

Not the greatest location which isn’t the property’s fault but it’s a bit pricy for being where it is, the rooftop that is so heavily advertised being indefinitely closed, and no real amenities.

It was so close to a meeting I had first thing in the morning. It also was affordable and it's clean and I felt safe and they have a coffee machine. Yay.

Nice rooms, clean & comfortable. Reception staff super helpful and friendly. Parking lot is small but just about adequate, and although nobody likes paying extra for parking it has become inevitable in city centres. Location - such a big city it depends on what you want to do, but walkable to Broadway in 10-15 minutes

Exterior & communal areas need a bit of a makeover. A few rubbish bins here & there would be handy too. The bar is no longer operational and the terrace area is not appealing. Wi-fi took a while to connect (unless I was doing something wrong!)

Location was okay but not much around in terms of bars/restaurants. Room was okay and clean but a bit run down in places

Wasn’t advised bar wouldn’t be open at time of booking and hotel had plenty of time to advise of this. Could also do with making parking charges and costs more clearer at time of booking as this is considerable.

Nice, clean practical hotel. Plenty of space in the room, the lobby had coffee and a microwave.

I had to pay to park, but that is not unusual in this area.

The staff were lovely, the room was a good size and had all the things that I needed. Location was good.

The property was a little shabby round the edges but staff and facilities were exactly as described. There was some noise from other guests which was quite loud but it wasn’t too disturbing. Would have been nice to be able to order food later than 9pm.

The room was nice and the staff were very helpful/friendly. The location was amazing as well, a quick drive to places like universal or just good food spots.

It didn’t be upfront about having to pay 35 a night for parking. The pictures and descriptions say it has a bar and the bar has been closed for 2 years.

Great location for exploring the Hollywood sights. Really clean, comfortable beds and great room sizes for a city stay.

Some areas a little tired and need a little TLC (eg toilet roll holder was loose, sink plug jammed)

The location is really good. Food options all along sunset boulevard. Hollywood blvd is just a couple of blocks away. And really everything is not so far. Parking is 35$ a day but it’s very convenient. The room was quite spacious and nice

I was in the first room in the lower floor corridor and I could hear absolutely everything happening outside. I could hear all cars parking, and every guest walking by. There was even one -probably wasted- guest one night screaming outside and waking me up in the middle of the night.

Location to walk to attractions good. Basic accommodation but served its purpose for the money we paid. Liked the free coffee/tea in the lobby.

Didn’t feel the safest area. Hotel in need of redecoration and a lounge/bar area. Photos of the hotel online did not reflect how the hotel actually looks.

Very helpful and cheerful staff

I could hear the people in the room above us, stomping around all night and scraping their chairs along the floor. Also, the temperature in the room kept resetting to 82.
