The location is great. Staff is friendly.
Be nice if they have some bagels or doughnuts with the coffee at breakfast. Or at least microwaves in the rooms.

Really nice hotel room. Super clean and comfortable bed.
the only thing for me was the location that I didn’t like it’s just sketchy and a bit smelly but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself

It was a decent room for the price.
The AC would not make the room cold. Could use new lamps, they were very dirty and some did not work. The sheets also had wholes in them and the head boards on the bed had come white staining.

Very close to few restaurants, Westlake metro & bus stops 2, 28 and supermarket Northgate, so easy to get around.
Fair few homeless people around, a bit sad. I mean the situation, not those financially, physically & mentally very poor people. Look at the positive side, we have experienced the real side of LA. To explore & experience other countries, both bright & dark side.
It could be noisy if you are at lower floor as the sound proof of ceiling is pretty bad, you can hear people walking, showering from above..

Large room with lots of space, comfy beds & plenty of drawer space. Staff were polite and welcoming.
The area the hotel is in isn’t the best however whenever we were on the property we felt very safe so this isn’t the hotels fault. The only problem really was that there wasn’t many plugs in the room that worked

Room cleanliness and staff.
1. Did not like NOT having such basic things as tissue boxes in the room, or a microwave -- had to walk to a common area. 2. The "pantry" in the hotel lobby did not replenish the napkins and ran out after the first day. 3. It would have been nice to have some type of pastry or continental breakfast with the complimentary coffee. 4. The two beverage machines were broken during our entire stay, as well as one of the two washer/dryers on premises. 5. Guests not being informed of the availability of the amenities on premises, such as ice machine, laundry room, and the like, as well as their functionality.

It was clean and a little pricey for the area but price was made up in security since it's a mixed area with homeless and you felt safe on property.

The bed had bed bugs, I woke up with bites on my thighs. This will overrule everything poorly I do not like a hotel with bed bugs. Since I brought extra pillows because I’m pregnant I will now have to get rid of them! :( very upset about that

It was quite affordable for a stay with friends. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
Only a few of the outlets were working, the fridge and TV were not working. The location of the inn did not feel safe. You should rent a car if you don't have a vehicle and planning to stay there.
