High prices in gift shop of the hotel, and high prices for breakfast at the hotel. We would have bought some things in the gift shop except we could find similar things in cheaper venues. Breakfast was expensive all over the island, but food was great at the hotel and another off site restaurant, so we enjoyed it regardless of the price.

No comfortable areas to sit and relax inside. No flexibility from staff. We were there over Christmas and nothing was different to normal days. Didn’t feel special. Everything super expensive (parking, drinks, etc). We had a reservation for Christmas day buffet and they had messed it up, then said they’d try and sort it out and never even got back to us. We paid for a partial sea view and there wasn’t one but the hotel was full so we couldn’t be moved.

The rooms were updated and spacious. The staff was wonderful. I was a little disappointed in the room service. Every time I called for room service I had trouble getting through. Once I was able to get through with the front desk was able to get me through, they were lovely and quick. My other major concern regarding this resort was the long line for bar food and bar drinks during the day. The weight was long in order to receive your food. Line was long in order to order drinks. There was no service at the pool, other than waiting in line.

The location was perfect - close to good restaurants and shopping, and right on the beach! All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and dinner at the Deck at 560 never disappointed.
The only quibble is one that I experience everywhere these days: the down comforter seems to have replaced the comfortable spreads of yore, turning the bed into a sweat lodge. Not sure why this trend has gained the ascendancy, but it seems to be universal and everyone feels the need to copy it.

I liked having 24 hour access to the gym, which had everything my husband and I needed (basic gym equipment). The on-site restaurant had some vegetarian options (but could have used more). The bed was nice and comfy, and the TV had HGTV which is the only channel I need.
The pool lounge chairs were old / ratty / very low quality compared to other places I've stayed. There was a sewage smell near the hot tub -- I could see pipes / mechanicals under the pool deck in that area, so I don't know if there was ongoing maintenance or what. The hotel could have been a bit cleaner overall. One day there was a horrible smell in a hallway trashcan and it wasn't taken care of for about 24 hours. The pool and deck was giant and yet crowded and loud. I think an adults only pool and separate kids pool would be nice. It was hard to find information about the gym and spa. The website really sucks and doesn't display basic info like hours of operation. There is a QR code with info but I'm sick of QR codes. Just update your website! The resort fee was kind of bogus. Aren't we already paying for the resort?

The system for Room keys are amazing and really comfortable to use that you don't need to worry about because it's in your wrist band all the time. That was a great idea. 3) Facility was outdated - ugly brown, balcony was rusty and full of chipped paint - ghetto looking. Probably the ugliest looking hotel in the strip.

Clean facility for breakfast. Also there is a cafeteria next to the restaurant where you can have coffee, fruit, sandwiches etc for breakfast. Breakfast at the restaurant is a buffet for $20 dollars per person until 11am.
It will be good if the hotel could have a place where guests can buy coffee or anything thing light to eat or drink after 10pm. Almost everything in the island close early. Also our room had a musty smell, which upsets our allergies.

Great location and the front desk was professional and courteous
The value was terrible. The room rate was increased due to a local conference to $600 or $700 a night. The coffee in the room was in plastic cups with dried coffee - gross. The room was marginal. The room service QR code gave a phone number that was disconnected. When going through the front desk to room service, was put into a voice mailbox. The outside of the hotel was being sandblasted and was covered in plastic and couldn't use the balcony. Just a really bad value overall. For $700 a night, it should be a higher quality experience with better beds, good coffee, good room service.

There are not 3 restaurants. There is a market a bar and a restaurant BUT the bar and the restaurant are one! It is VERY NOISY! There is music until 80
Pm every night!
The receptionist who checked us in at 4:30 was grumpy unfriendly and put off when we asked her questions.
The spa is VERY expensive

Price was ridiculous. 750 a night and 1,000 a night for zero service. Pool area was dirty. They’re forcing you off the beach chairs an hour before sunset. No makeup removing wipes in bathrooms. No shower hose so you know the giant shower can’t be clean. No bellman at check-in, no valet, ONE check in desk attendant which took forever anytime you needed anything…There was always a line. Room service was decent but you got plastic utensils LOL like what? For 1,000 a night? Come on! Hilton quality going seriously downhill.

The pool, the beach, the hot tub, the bar/ restaurant, everything. Jones at the front desk was exceptional.

Easy access to beach and deck 560
Upon arrival, we were assigned the wrong room that was booked. For $7,000, the patio door heading to the balcony, did not open. The thermostat did not work, and the toilet would not flush. For this amount of money, not sure we’ll be back. I will mention that we were given another room, two days later, which was better.

I had the breakfast both days in November 2025 when we stayed there. This time I had a muffin in the café and it was very good.
The only qualm that I have is having to pay $40 a day to park the car. I feel that we are staying in your hotel so parking should be free.
