The place is very calm
I requested with a day in advance more bath towel and beach towel because we were 6 people, and the property only have towels for 4, and I never received it. The first day the room smells with humidity or dead animal. We open the balcony door and was better. This hotel is perfect if you only come for sleeping and staying most off the day outside in the beach or pool. The pool is amazing. As a recommendation, if you have life music or any kind of music or entertainment in the pool, probably more people will enjoy it

The first night we had an issue with the electrical breaker it would turn off on its own causing the air conditioner to turn off. However, in the morning I called and spoke to the staff and they were able to fix the issue.

Geneva is an excellent manager. I am a very needy person and she assisted me in everything I needed and I was in the office at least 5 times. She was always polite and assisted me in everything I needed and wanted. An excellent place to stay. If you are into fitness that is not on the property. This is a priority for me I ended at the YMCA, which only gave me 3 free visits because I have a membership in my state. However, this is an excellent place ask for Genevia she’s the best!! It’s a resort, so guess what you get what you pay for. I give them a 10!! Thanks Genevia for going above and beyond.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite and it was great, with a big, modern refrigerator, large screened-in porch, comfy bed, excellent bathrooms, and lots of bright space to lounge in, eat, talk. There's a bike-rental place half a block away, and much of the island is accessible by bike. For those who want a bit of night life right on your doorstep, there are cute antique shops and a restaurant with an outdoor stage on the grounds of the hotel. Though there was a singer-guitarist on stage every night of our stay, our room was completely soundproof, and we only heard them when we stepped out on the balcony. All in all, a very pleasant, spacious, interesting, reasonably priced place to vacation. The rest of my family stayed at one of the big-name hotels at the other end of the island, and their room was tiny and cramped with an enormous pricetag. I've returned to the Olde Marco Island Inn and Suites for 3 years in a row and will definitely return if circumstances permit.
The suite we were given on our first night smelled of mustiness and mildew. (This is the first time that has happened on our stay.) We tried using the air conditioner and the heat to help air out the stuffiness and odor, but nothing worked. The next morning when I spoke to the woman at the front desk, she was extremely gracious and quick moving, assigned us an upgraded corner suite immediately, and the rest of the stay was excellent.

Everything, the apartment, the music at the pub right next door the lady in reception. The other pub just down the road.
Checking in in the dark was tricky with absolutely no one around, and we didn't know where our room was. After being up for 36 hours, not at our best and would've loved a welcome, but it was 9 oclock. Also no milk or any welcome basket in the apartment so had to go out hunting for mill next morning. Little touches like that missing.

Beautiful comfortable rooms. Love the full kitchen and having 2 bedrooms was awesome.
Our "Girls" trip Grammy, Mom and Granddaughter.
Loved the screened lanai, able to enjoy the evenings without the flying little bugs.
Beautiful resort, nice pool & spa.
Nightly entertainment below was loud and we were unable to go to bed until the music stopped. Front bedrooms are directly above the area.

I loved that there was live music almost every night. We opened our windows to listen to it. The staff was very friendly and fixed any issues we had. The unit was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a kitchen to cook.
It was a drive to get to the beach. The place is on the back half of the island but we knew that when we booked. I guess the only issue we had was that there wasn't a lot of cooking dishes. The kitchen was not stocked very well with what we needed to cook. I went to the front desk and she did bring us a spatula and a few things we were lacking so it was no big deal.

Clean room, very spacious two-bedroom suite! The bed was very comfortable. Nice location with several eating options located in close proximity. The pool was great for relaxing. Lots of covered parking. Nicely equipped kitchen with everything we needed.

Like that there are restaurants and shops right next door.
We had sugar ants in the kitchen. I advised them and never heard back. It’s not very quiet there. The road is busy with constant traffic. Between 6:30-7am the trash truck shows up. Then around 7:30am the lawn crews start with their lawnmowers and gas blowers. They were blowing out one of the garages at full blast it was so loud it hurt your ears. It’s listed in a quiet part of town. It’s not that quiet.

There was a loud group nearby who sat on the balcony until 2am. We had a hard time getting to sleep. We didn't know who or how to contact anyone to ask them to please keep it down or take it inside.

Size of the condo
Elevator would drop and then pause before continuing to our floor. I reported to the staff and she said it’s probably the magnet. It occurred every time to the point I stopped using the elevator and climbed the 4 floors to our room.

We loved how clean and spacious the suite was. We loved how quiet the area was and how each room had its own private restroom. We loved that each tv was set up to watch Netflix and so even when we came back from the beach we could continue to enjoy ourselves from the suite.
The one thing we didn't love was the schedule of the restaurants. We got there at 3pm and expected to grab food immediately, but it wouldn't open until 5pm. And then the restaurants would close at 9pm, which made it impossible to dine there, since the beach was at least 10mins away and we wanted to see the sun set. Other than that, everything else was great!

Location was great. Very close to all restaurants and local shops. A quick ride to the public beach as well. Hotel apartment was very cleaned, fully equipped and spacious balcony. Watching the sunset from the balcony was amazing!!!! ❤️❤️
The pool was cozy but not large enough for the size of the property. Must be crowded during season.
