The room especially our balcony over the water.

The construction. I've stayed here before, years ago and there was construction then too. I wish I could for once get the full experience of the hotel.

It was located on the beach.

1. No microwave in the room. 2. The room could have been a little larger. 3. The parking garage was too far away from the room.

The location is great as it is right along the beach and close to south beach. I loved that you could text to get your car from valet so you didnt need to wait as the car was usually waiting for us. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great view of the beach from our room. We stayed in a suite which was quite spacious and had two washrooms so I didnt have to share with my sons . Rooms were cleaned daily and the condition of the room and facilities were very clean.

Valet was quite pricy, there was no pool and the restaurant choices were limited and not great. There was also no room service

The staff are terrific however the room was really dirty the toilet and shower didnt appear to be cleaned prior to check Also it wasnt until after confirming booking that they tell you the pool was being renovated so your spending your money to listen to construction instead of relaxing Yes it might seem a little entitled but we work hard to then get away for just two or 3 days and dont want them spent being miserable especially if we are going to pay for it.

No pool Construction sound instead of relaxing vibe

location and on beach access

Because the pool was non-existent, it was an eye sore for having a "balcony with view" room

We had very nice, spacious room with huge balcony, very clean, bed was comfortable and huge. From the hotel we had direct acces to the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas were included. Location was perfect, 10 minutes by taxi to Ocean Drive. Near hotel are many shops, restaurants and coffe shops, including CVS supermarkt open 24 hours. Very nice accent from the hotel side was a bottle of champagne gifted by them for our anniversary! Strongly recommend!!!

All was perfect! :)

On the beach, really good breakfast

Being refurbished (which I know when I booked) so no pool or outside area. Will be nice when done though.

Great location and fab staff , couldnt be more helpful

It shouldve been highlighted Moore regarding the renovations and lack of facilities , we felt the message was sort of hidden , only got a text stating renovation and lack of facilities AFTER paying , hotel gave a discount of 20% to use restaurant next door but first night the facility had a private function and after that we noticed it didnt open until after 6.30 so not ideal . After seeing the pictures we feel sure the Confidante will be AMAZING . Feel very strongly that it was extremely overpriced (275 per night ) for lack of facilities on offer

The staff did the best they could, given the hotel conditions. Unfortunately they do not have much to work with.

So odd that this property feels comfortable charging a 4-star nightly rate when 90% of the amenities are under construction. The grab and go market and beverage store are not set up well, AND one of the elevators was down! There was so much time wasted waiting for the elevator, this is the worst stay I've ever had. I couldn't wait to check out of the property.

Location is very convenient. She staff is friendly. It used to be a great hotel but not anymore.

The whole property is a construction site - which is not advertised anywhere. There are basically no functioning amenities - no pool, no restaurant, even the room minibar is empty. As compensation, they only reduce the resort fee from $45 to $20.

Very clean, no odors, good mattress and water pressure, easy to navigate.

Major renovation work has virtually shut down everything but the sleeping quarters, very limited dining options and the demolition and construction noise was constant through the day.
