Location and the views

Got locked out of our room for almost an hour. No sense of urgency. No hospitality.Room was dirty/dusty. Pillowcases with stains. No hot water in the shower. Lamp shades were dirty/damaged. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst hotel stay ever.

Location and the views.

No hospitality. Shower water was ice cold. Stains on pillowcases and lampshades. We also were locked out of our room for about an hour. And the restaurant service is terrible. Overall stay was horrible I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The location of the hotel

Our room did not have any hot water. We heard loud traffic for hours. The hot tub had a dark brown ring around the entire inside. We ordered drinks and they never showed up. Looked for our waiter and hes playing football with other employees on the beach

Rooms were nice with slow closing doors (no door slams in the middle of the night) and the beach was great

The food and drinks are way over priced..our group didnt eat or drink anything there once because of it.

Location

There were no cups in the bathroom. I asked the hotel about this and they said to use the paper cups by the coffee machine. so, after you make coffee in the morning and want to brush your teeth, you would have to rinse out your soggy coffee cup.

The view of the beach was beautiful.

If I needed something such as toilet paper, toothpaste, towels, etc they wouldnt bring them. Pillows had stains on them. Bad location. Had to Uber everywhere. Front desk staff far from welcoming. Overpriced hotel. Horrible hospitality.
