We booked a Ocean view room. We to our discovery we had a very small view of the Ocean. Our view was mostly a building. When asked the front desk we were told we book a particular view of the ocean. Housekeeping wasnt the best when we got to the room. There were dirty had prints all over the bathroom door. The pool was beautiful but it would have been nice to be able to swim in it. The pool was so cold you couldnt swim in it. I didnt like that I paid almost $15 for 4 cups of coffee that were gross and smaller than a small at Dunkin or Starbucks.

Loved beimng next to the beach and cobbled beach walkway. Using the trams was cheap and fun. The pool was excellent with a patio/bar right there with good food available. Went to the nearby cuban cafe for a reasonably priced breakfast with super coffee!

The first night I stayed in a city view room on the 4th floor and it was gross bathroom was dirty and tub had cracks.

The view from our window was awesome. Also the cleaning staff was very nice. The pool and bar area, along with access to the beach is very nice. The lobby is also nice, but coffee for guests would be a nice added touch.

The room was dated, The bathtub needs replaced!!!! It felt like we were having an earthquake under our feet (maybe water sitting under the tub???). Also, brought attention to the front desk about the 2 ledge that is at the doorway of the bathroom. What a TOE STUBBING obstacle to face when you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Note: My wife stubbed her toe TWICE and she even told the guy at the front desk (he didnt care!!!). He did send a lady up to look at the ledge she did not seem to be too concerned about it. I also showed her the bathtub.

The location is good and the staff took good care of us.

The room did not look at all like the pictures, it was supposed to be a ocean view but in reality our view was of the roof of the lower levels witha glimpse of ocean far in the corner. The shower was waay to small and did not match the pictures at all.

th only good thing about th hotel is that its very close to th beach

stay away from this htel, it is not worth a penny. the hotel is old and not clean (hairs on the floor, weed smell everywere, pool is dirty, etc). th workers are not kind at all. you need to pay extra 30$ for the parking, and there is no fridge in the room. and finally th breakfast place is in a place like a cave

Extremely loud all hours of the night and morning. hotels doors have a huge gap at the bottom and you need headphones if you want to sleep. In the morning, construction and banging wakes you up so if you plan on having a night out, Id find a different hotel. doesnt have a complete shower door which tracks water everywhere. A weird vibe at the pool.. no life or music outside. but overall a nice place if you dont need much sleep

room 615. oceanfront was not renovated besides the spiders in the room to 1 inch gap between the air conditioner in the wall where you can see outside the room mustve been flooded because all the furniture was running at the base. There was 2 inches of water underneath the bathtub so when you stood on it, you were standing like on a water balloon it was disgusting had to complain. The only room they could send me to was the updated room, but was ocean view.

Thank you so much to you for an amazing stay. Firstly it is in a great location on Collins avenue close to fontainebleu and shops. The night staff I think his name is fernando he is the concierge at night and security. He is amazing, very helpful and polite. He always made sure we were ok when coming in after a night out. The staff were very accommodating ensuring we had water and our room had been cleaned. Everyone is so friendly but in particular the night security guy was one of the best people I met on my vacation. The rooms are better in real life.

The location and the beach were great.

The pictures on the website do not match the reality. Deception...Horrible situation! They did construction on top of our room from 8am to 6pm. They did not compensate for the disturbance. The option was checkout and get refunded. Ridiculous... wait forever for the pool towel....lack of respect for the customer.

The location was fine. The staff was very nice besides of the rest.

There are a lot of things that made this hotel very disappointing! While booking it shows PARKING on site & BREAKFAST included. WRONG! You need to pay extra for the breakfast which is not included. And the breakfast is bad: scrambled eggs not totally cooked and very oily, bacon nos crispy and soaked in oil, the LL where the it was served smelled sewage. PARKING: while booking they show parking on site. There are only 25 spots. If there is a customer that booked the hotel for 3 days and got a parking spot, he can go in/out for the 3 days. You have no choice other park in the PAID PUBLIC GARAGE in front of the hotel, there is not any partnership with the garage and the hotel, which the hotel should think about it. CHECK IN: we got there around 2:30pm for a 3pm check in. Their system was down, we waited in the lobby for 3 hours! Ender up they wrote down our names and room number and asked the security to take us to the room to open the door for us, we had no keys, so we could not leave the room at all. ROOM: there is no frigobar in the room!!!! Around 8pm we went out for dinner and i asked the frontdesk why there is no frigobar in the room. He responded: do you need one?? And ask someone to take a frigobar to our room! (If we need one!?!? Of course!) Anyway, very disappointed! BOOKING.COM should review the way this hotel is registered, because the hotel makes a propaganda that is not 100% accurate. HOTEL NEEDS A BETTER MANAGEMENT & IMPROVE THE SERVICES!!!

yea nice location but filthy and the room smelled so bad. as soon as we walked in our room, there was a live roach crawling on the wall and a smashed roach on the adjacent wall. repulsive. the overpriced $37 parking is a joke. we waited across the street for the front desk to open the gate for 15 minutes! the pool area was nice looking but the bartender was trashy and rude. she said they ran out of normal size cups for beer and only had these tiny plastic cups but still charged me full price $9 for this half size tiny beer. she said its not up to me! very weird crowd around the pool including what seemed to be the bartenders friends. thankfully we were only passing through for one night. never again will we stay at this gross roach hotel.

Beautiful room. They allowed us to do an early check in earlier. Free Umbrella e beach chair. Right on the beach. The receptionist Nini was very helpful. Best value for money. I would stay there again.

I was waiting in the lobby for my room and I was laying in the couch, because I had a night flight and I couldnt sleep in the airplane and a old man that works there, maybe the security told me to sit up. I think he was very impolite.
