The location is perfect! The room is big and the bed is comfy
They didnt clean the room after the 3rd day as promised, we had to specifically ask them to clean it. They only cleaned it once in 7 days. The shower pressure was really bad, and they couldnt solve it. The breakfast doesnt have any variety and its the same few things every day. The swimming pool is not as it looks in the picture - its really small.

Hotel is old and run down, needs a renovation which has begun. Also don't expect a check in before 15:00, the clerk said from 12:00 they were working on cleaning and it took the full 3 hours to get our rooms ready. Bacony view was of dirty walls. Wouldn't reccomend.

Location was amazing, the room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Air con worked well and we had a view of the garden. The breakfast was ok, the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a taxi to the airport and they let us down at the last minute.
Lucky for us a member of the staff, Kevon, had a ride there in 5 mins.
Although the bathroom was large and clean, the shower had no pressure and the water was lukewarm warm.
To many people at the breakfast area so it was hard for the staff to prepare things like toast

We stayed for a week in President Villa. First few days, we stayed in a room which had issues with hot water and WIFi internet connection. We had to run the water for a while to get hot water. We asked the staff many times repeatedly about the WiFi. They said they informed the maintenance so wait and try again. Apparently only this room had issue with internet. On the 4th day, front desk staff Henry switched us to a different room which was comfy, and everything was good. We liked the second room..Many thanks Henry. We wished they had done that sooner.
By the way, for some reasons, GPS location sends to a different nearby location when trying to catch a Uber ride. Just be aware of this.

The room assigned to us 105 was next to the hall way door which ppl opened n closed 10000 times a day...even during the night we cud not sleep at allllllll. Moreover the room was on the ground floor next to the road....so we could hear everyone passing by and their talks making it impossible to sleep...
Also for breakfast we had long que for 20 mins , so you finally eat and if need another cup of coffee at 1035 they deny as breakfast closes at 1030...in understand not serving food after 1030 bt wat Abt an Americano..
Package had 2 water bottles everyday out of which we only water for the first day...the rest of the days no one gave it to us..... totally disappointed and not worth my money....will never recommend and also write it on other platforms.

Overall the hotel was great for the price I paid. If you are on a budget and want to take advantage of the location and the best spots in Miami beach this hotel did not disappoint. The beach is 5min away and all the best restaurants are within walking distance. I barely used any transportation because everything is within walking distance. At least for me that I spent most of the time at the beach, pool, eating on restaurants and walking around the area.

Decent place on a busy road, however it was quite in the night. So, we were not bothered by the traffic sound.
Breakfast was not great. Although there was some good options but most of it could be avoided if you are really concerned for a healthy morning breakfast.
The washroom door is a sliding one and could not be closed fully which is quiet annoying.

have stayed previously and enjoyed my stay, so I didn't hesitate to book again. was once again happy with my stay. staff is great, free breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel, free welcome cocktail is such a nice touch (and they're excellent cocktails). rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. location is top notch, walk anywhere you want to see in south beach.

The location was great and the hotel was clean.
Breakfast was uncooked and times were terrible. The room was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The rooftop pool was the size of a baby pool, staff needs additional training and smile on occasion. Sheets were too thin on bed, we went out and bought our own cover. Room was only cleaned 1 during our 5 days because we caught the cleaning lady outside our door.

The rooms aren't great. I was in the villa and the windows were tiny slits with a view of a wall.
I was next to the elevator room which was super noisy. I could also hear entities upstairs- including when the toilet was flushed.

The front desk gentlemen Mileki and Henry were very professional and accommodating. Any requests we had were taken care of promptly. The bartenders were friendly and professional. We liked the pool a lot. We were looking for a bus/boat tour and Henry set us up with one. It was so much fun and we saw a lot of culture and loved it.

1. Breakfast is very modest and there is no opportunity to take food yourself, you always have to wait until food is served to you... You need to clear the dishes yourself, there are no waiters as such, but they are offered to leave a tip for them.
2. There are only 2 sockets and 1 lamp in the room. This is very little...
Overall the hotel is average. Don’t look at the photographs of this hotel, they are very much embellished, the rooms inside and the breakfast are all greatly exaggerated.

Breakfast was delicious. Only wished they had a hot cereal option and Turkey bacon. But food was hot and ready.
The rooftop pool was smaller than I thought but it was nice to get a dip on a hot day in Miami

I would like to highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the reception staff (especially Mike and Henry).
The location of the hotel is great.
Because construction work is taking place on the neighboring property, it is somewhat noisy in the morning, but not exaggerated.

The room with the balcony was nice but the queen room was very small and in the basement.
Construction work next door and over the road. No view at all from the balcony. Rooftop pool wasn’t very clean and nowhere to get a drink.

Good breakfast, nice staff.
Thé room was located in the basement’ with ´view’ on Collins Avenue - not ideal so curtains had to remain closed all day. They are still refurbishing the place which should be told beforehand. Room Service only after three days.
