When a guest leaves the hotel, it is normal for the Wi-Fi to go off. However… when you return it “should” automatically reset itself. It does not! Having to rejoin the Wi-Fi with password etc … not knowing that I was not on the Wi-Fi until I was notified that I used up all my cellular. Really? Surely the resort can do a lot better than this kind of of set up. You are the Radisson…… Not Motel 6 !!!

The hotel and resort is bigger than most hotels in south beach. The staff is very friendly and professional! There is always someone at the door to help you with the lagguage! Rooms are always clean and if there‘s something missing, housekeeping will bring it right away if you ask :-) Good for families or if you stay alone. Chairs and umbrella are included at the beach, unlike other hotels. Felt so comfortable and safe here!

I absolutely love this property: housekeeping, restaurants, front desk, parking, pool staff are exceptional.
Everyday our room was cleaned and supplied with refresh towels, water/coffee/tea. Pool area is clean with fresh towels as well. Valet parking and front desk are nice and helpful. The entire place is so welcoming - my family enjoyed every minute being here.
FYI - major road work goes on around Miami Beach and the hotel is located by the intersection where only 1 lane goes to highway - this causes major traffic. That's not hotel's fault but it might be difficult to get on the road during busy afternoon time.
Wi-Fi worked well but I had to log in every time I come back to my room -it doesn't connect automatically.

The hotel parking is extremely expensive, but in the whole Miami Beach / Miami as well. Uber or Lyft are the very good options to visit Miami Beach and Miami including . Unfortunately, Radisson Miami doesn’t worth the price. Our room with 2 queen beds, had two major problems for us: 1) water pressure in the shower was so poor that it was difficult to wash ourselves, unless using a bath(which is time consuming); 2) the windows in our room was completely blocked and impossible to open. Regarding the employees of the hotel, we prefer to ignore this subject (of course some employees were very nice and helpful but the majority was almost hating to see us as the guests) . We have been invoiced USD 3’800 for 11 nights (incl breakfast) but we would price this place max USD 1’500 -USD 2000.

The hotel itself was great! Easy access to the beach, you get 2 chairs and an umbrella for free per room which was super nice! They also have towels available to bring to the beach. The bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly and everything was clean.
Parking is terrible - we drove a truck down from South Dakota (aka a yee-yee truck to some people haha) and they couldn’t park it in valet parking, which isn’t a huge deal but the only other parking option is a parking garage that is BARELY tall enough to get our truck through. Our truck is 6’8” tall (roughly) and the antenna hit the entire way through. Then when we came back one day, there was NO parking at all left and small vehicles were in the truck parking. Thank god for one of the parking garage workers who gave us her parking spot until we left the next day.

The pool was great and the facilities at the beach were also great although they do charge a resort fee for the same. The location was great and the beach was clean and extremely nice. The beach is attached to the hotel and is a 30 second walk from the swimming pool. We get food and beverage at the beach as well.
The only one thing I have is that they should provide towels at the beach as well as sometimes you need to come back to the swimming pool if you have forgotten to take a towel. Apart from that, no issues at all.

The rooms feel dated and uncomfortable. It’s a budget hotel that costs a lot more than it should. The pool bar looks like someone’s garage and the bar inside is depressing and pokey.
