So, the great thing about our experience with the Frutz is that we had a midnight flight & were cruising out the next day! We were allowed to stay until boarding time. This location is directly across from Miami Beach letters & Beach access! Our room was perfect for us. The air worked great as well. Mind you all the properties are aged in this area but they took care of us at the Fritz. Also on Friday when we returned, we were lucky enough to land the suite & they allowed us to check in early because of an early check out. We were so thankful because it was sooo hot as this was in July. We slept peacefully most of the day & our room was freezing! My sister said she had to go outside to warm up..lol! I think were in #3 & #5. The staff was great! Very professional & on any trip to Miami, especially just to enjoy the beach or cruising, I would definitely stay with the Fritz! Walking distance to all attractions & night life!

Clean rooms and very cooperative front desk staff. Agreed for late check out and later kept our luggage till we departed for airport. Our flight was at 9pm. Hotel is on ocean drive close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

I've stayed here twice Aug 2022, Sept.2023 its like a spacious cozy apartment. I love the location so much! close to the beach, restaurants and convenient stores. love the Miami sign for photos right in front of the Hotel. It's a super cool attraction to watch from the balcony.

The hotel's location on Ocean Drive is perfect,the beach is across the road. I can highly recommend the restaurant Jalapeo next to the hotel,lovely food and nice staff. I liked the rooftop pool and my apartment was large. The hotel staff were really nice and helped out if any questions. Lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel.

There was a lot of noise from the Jalapeo restaurant at night,so this is not somewhere to stay if you like it more quiet. The hotel could use a little make over,as it was a little dated. But all in all it was clean and nice!

Location was perfect. Staff was Friendly. Great value for being on Ocean Drive. Quick walk to and from the beach. Close to many restaurants in the area..

The bathroom was not cleaned very well when we arrived. We have to go buy our own cleaning supplies. The restaurant in front of the hotel music was too loud, though the staff there was super friendly and welcoming. The valet seem shady and was trying to change the prices until he was called out on it. You don't know were they take your car to after you had over the keys. The front desk should be more visible. We had numerous people come to our door thinking it was the entrance. We did the same thing ourselves.

i stayed for 3 nights, the cleaning team never made their rounds. Also, front desk said no Band-Aids/first aid kit available. my room was on ground level balcony (facing ocean drive), it was a good room but noise level/music was high till 11pm. So i advise if you plan on staying in one night, don't stay in these rooms.

The Restaurant just outside the condo player LOUD music until 12 AM each night. They added extra WI-FI fees to my credit card after we checked out. Coffie pot did not work. Very poor lighting. rooms were old and needed updating.

Room was bigger than expected and the hotel is right on South Beach, very close to 5th. Perfect for hitting the tourist bars and shops. We arrived during Spring Break on a Sunday and the police presence was impressive. It certainly made the area feel safe. THey're certainly trying to clean up the area from partying. There's a lovely promenade walk, which we took to Lincoln Drive shopping. Loved seeing the random Iguanas walking around.... Apparently they're pests though.

Room wasn't ready on arrival. Admittedly, we were an hour or so earlier than the check-in time, but sometimes you get lucky. Because of Spring break, Ocean Drive was closed to traffic too, not the hotel's fault, but did have to park our rental car with a local Valet, which wasn't cheap.

This place is old, cost a lot of money, and the facilities are falling apart and not in good operation! In addition, the staff just wanted to discount whats going on and really didnt want to help. The next day, we finally spoke to a manager who did give us a bit of a discount, but it still wasnt nowhere near equivalent to the amount of grief and terrible lack of sleep we got the one night we stayed there.
