Location was excellent blocks away from beach and ocean strip, staff was friendly, room was very clean. Good atmosphere overall. Small bar on premises open late hours to socialize.

Most of the staff didn't speak fluent English made it hard to communicate however they did their best to. Small ants around the bathroom sink. They sprayed but it didn't help they kept showing up. Balcony was very small not alot of room to sit and it faced an noisy alleyway. Valet parking wasn't on premises you had to wait 20 to 30 mins to get your car.

I love the quiet location in a more residential area of South Beach, yet still close enough to all the major destinations. The pool, outside lounge area and minibar are all nice places to hangout. I appreciate the in room coffee machine as well. The front desk agent who checked me in was very personable.

The room did not have any type of view, and the lighting was a bit bad because of this. The noise from the hallway is very loud inside the room, however they supply earplugs so I assume they are aware of this situation.

There was nowhere to store luggage at reception. Fortunately we had friends already staying there & they were in the next room to ours so we were able to store our luggage there. We were in that room waiting to go out when we were notified that our room was ready, in spite of previously being told that we could move our luggage from our friend’s room & into ours & then check in on our room on our way out, they insisted that we go down 4 floors to reception before we could put our luggage in our room. At the weekends, rooms overlooking the pool were v noisy late into the night even on the 4th floor, because of the hotel bar.

Pretty good rooms and clean to a high standard, beds were pretty comfortable. Excellent location being a 10 minute walk from south beach. Provide a free lounger per room on the beach.

Cleaners never checked in with our rooms at all until we left, but staff were nice and happy to provide more towels, and we had spare toilet roll etc. The air con wasn't too noisy, however the mini fridge was too noisy so I unplugged it at night. Multiple times there was noise disruption, e.g. banging or slamming of doors. They did provide earplugs though but clearly it could do with better sound protection. There are USB sockets near the bed however plug sockets could be more spaced apart. The shower head is fixed in place, would have preferred a power shower.

Location was convenient to move around the city and Ocean Drive. The coffee from the kittle coffee shop inside the hotel was great Staff were helpful and kind (the ones that spoke english, most of staff did not speak english)

We were not made aware that you need to book the cleaning services in order for your room to be cleaned. Therefore our room was not cleaned for 2 days until we figured this out on our own. The check-in was delayed by 3 hours. The card reader on our room door was broken and it took the staff 1 full day to fix it, creating huge inconvenience every time we wanted in or out of the room. Staff were helpful, but most of them barely spoke english, communication was an issue. There was a humidity odour present in the corridors. The pool is nothing like the pictures, it is significantly smaller, closer to a size of a bathtub. There is no water in the mini fridge of the room and after 17:00 you can not purchase water in reception. They offer tap water which we were not keen on having. The soundproof design of the rooms is very poor. We could hear every conversation and activity of the guests in the room next to us and even above us. Overall, for a 4 star hotel and the amount paid, this hotel is lacking basic facilities and services. Would not recommend.

Great location, modern and large room with simple amenities and decor. Pool was tiny and the chill room had nothing useful such as a microwave, fridge or tea and coffee making facilities.

Unfortunately the service was appalling. The hotel had the opportunity to be great but reading previous reviews ours would be aligned. It felt that the front office staff just didn’t care, perhaps worn out by poor feedback and lack of support. When I asked for the room to be serviced (which I still think is strange for such an expensive hotel) I was told I need to request a clean the day prior although this was not informed at anytime. I had to ask for more towels after 3 nights and was met with the reply ‘we have none on premise’ so I asked 4 times between 9am and 6pm. Other guests and I discussed this, we just couldn’t believe that staff seemed put out by a request for towels. Many items in room broken - lights, hairdryer, lamp, TV. Checkin was not ready by 4pm although we were given a bottle of Prosecco. On the final day we requested storage of luggage and this seemed to be a big hassle for the front office staff who ‘had to find space’ and I had to carry the bags there myself. This stay was an example of the little things making a big difference, review feedback being ignored and staff not being motivated to bring the best experience to their guests. We travel often and understand staff shortages pand busy times but this was more a lack of care and attention, it makes me sad that holiday experiences are ruined by such simple oversights and minor details. Interestingly we seemed to see staff going through reviews or interviews by managmrnt while we where there but the female manager saw me many times and didn’t ask a guest ‘what was your experience? What could we do better?’. These are not insurmountable issues. Care and attention could make this holiday great.

I will start off by saying I stayed at the hotel in the middle of a terrible storm in Miami. - That being said, there was work going on in the lobby and it made getting around annoying. - The UX was off, you went through the lobby to go through some apartments to get on a lift and end up upstairs, outside. I also found the doors weren't very secure, I opened my door from the outside even though it was locked on the inside. - The heating wasn't strong enough, I get that it's Miami but when it does get cold you need adequate heating. - There was no iron, just a small hand held steamer and if you're like me and ironing your clothes are important, this really hit wrong. the tea and coffee facilities were very basic. - The options for food were basic and the mini bar didn't feel welcoming.

The information should be added to the hotel description: * This hotel is not four stars. It is between two and three stars (No glasses, only two small paper coffee cups, no premium amenities, very tiny pool, no complimentary water and mini bar, no breakfast, etc.). * The housekeeping service is provided on-demand only. * A hotel room has no wardrobes, closets, or dressers. There is no storage space for clothes at all. * The extra price for a pet is 50$ per night. * The hotel offers complimentary beach chairs (their partners) but does not provide an umbrella. It would be about an extra 20 USD per day.

Terrible hotel, false marketing and rude staff. They advertised a room with a small pool on the pictures and when I checked in - no pool. I requested to check out and get a refund and they refused. On top of that, they then removed the pictures on the Booking page..! I still haven’t gotten my deposit back either?? And the hotel is not responding to my emails.

The photos make it seem better than what it really is. The rooms were very basic with little amenities example no iron. The fridge didn’t work. We had to request another towel as there was only one when we arrived. The espresso cups were not clean. We stayed here for 4 nights and had to request for our room to be cleaned and all they did was give us two towels.

Location was just close enough to the busy-ness of Ocean Drive and Collins but also quiet enough to get some sleep and relax. Super cute and sleek boutique hotel. Staff were helpful and kind. Really enjoyed having a balcony.

AC didnt ever seem cool enough in the room, probably due to the heat outdoors. No microwave on the premises at all. Pool and chill room closing at 7pm seems just a bit early.

The hotel was very clean and stylish. The location is excellent! Staff in general were very pleasant and the hotel also very accommodating with our dog. The room was very spacious. The frequent texts from the reception were very welcome as were the perks like loungers at the beach. The flexibility with late check-out was also very helpful.

The hotel did use single use plastics in the room despite a note saying elsewise on this website (soap, face wipes, cutlery in coffee shop, cups/coffee utensils in room). We opted for a super king room and it felt like the room could have benefitted from another chair as there was almost too much empty space in the room. Staff at reception were unable to answer questions about public transport in Miami.

-Upon checkin Sheets, pillows, and comforter had bodily fluid stains located on them -one of the beds was broken -the door was broke -water pressure in the shower was horrible After waiting 2 days they finally changed our room to a room that still had trash from the previous people who checked out. - None of the outlets worked -the refrigerator barely worked -the sliding glass door wouldn’t lock so we had to constantly worry about being robbed or attacked due to the 1st floor balcony door not locking. -we didn’t get much assistance from the several employees we were in touch with (I have names and will mention in all my other reviews) And for the cherry on top I have been charged 3 different $50 charges after my stay with no explanation for why and unable to get ahold of the only people that can assist me at the front desk. This was a nightmare..
