Good location in Brickell for work but in terms of a vacation not ideal. Few restaurants arounds and those are all high end and expensive, Great service at reception and valet parking. With a car good access to Key Biscayne, South Miami and to Miami Beach etc. very easy access to Interstate 1 or the 95 / 836 from airport. We visited Fairchild Gardens and the Vizcaya Museum and Coconut Grove for which the location was good. Also a trip on the Miami River and Biscayne Bay.

Cleanliness of the bathroom not great and plumbing was tired - shower tap cracked and difficult to work and water not really hot enough. We requested a kettle (microwave was broken) and it was supplied the following day. A broken plug to be able to use the bath was repaired again a day later. There is heavy demolition of the building next door which is both noisy and dusty and is a forseeable demolition / construction site for the next 24 months! we used the Four Seasons bar across the street which was very pleasant. Bar in the hotel is very plainly furnished and closes early. We did not access Madisons on the 6th floor though which might have been better.

Cleanliness is important. The sea view is fantastic. I enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning on the balcony looking out. The staff responded very quickly to all concerns. The tv was showing dark and off color. I told front desk and they replaced it with a brand new tv while I was out for a walk. I tried the restaurant for room service once and the burger was really good.

Perfect location and a beautiful view from our 27th floor balcony. The area is experiencing a lot of construction with nearby towers going up, but the condo was quiet when the patio door was closed. Lovely and safe areas for walks.
Condo felt a little sparse with minimal decor, but it was super clean.

Location was convenient for me. We were advised that nearby construction might be disruptive but the noise was only apparent when we were at the pool. Staff was friendly and attentive. The apartment was spacious and clean. Valet parking was reasonably priced. Overall it was a good experience.

The pool area isn't particularly welcoming.

i absolutely love the smiles and warmth coming from the front desk. This says it all! I loved, loved, the champagne offered and pouring it for me right there! I love the fact that staff works hard to make the customer feel like they've just walked into a 5 star hotel and frankly, it looks it! i will always stay at this facility when in Miami and nowhere else~

We were checked in with a complimentary glass of champagne and got a free room upgrade. Also had a bottle of wine waiting in the room as a gift. The view of Brickell's high rises from the balcony was superb and the room had all the requirements for a weeks stay. Additionally we had a full kitchen complete with dining ware and cooking ware. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Miami.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff; very responsive to all of our requests.
Spacious suite with in-unit washer & dryer which were convenient especially for longer term stays.
They seemed to be a little short-staffed. The cleaning schedule was unpredictable. We stayed for a week and our room was cleaned at a different time every day - mostly in late afternoon except for one day.
Also, this is noted on the website so we knew, but the hotel does not have its private beach and is not within walking distance to the beach. Just FYI.

The hotel has great location, steps from MetroMover. Staff was helpful and friendly and we appreciate the room upgrade we received. The room was clean and well maintained - we enjoyed our stay.
Our stay was during the unusually cold weather or Miami and we couldn't quite figure out how to heat the room above 68F using the thermostat. The staff provided us with extra blankets, which were very helpful.

First time ever getting a free upgrade to the Penthouse. No one can complain about that. Great room, great view, was exciting to surprise my friends with the elevator button to push. Had a great time.
I also liked the fact the hotel is on a quiet enough street right off the People Mover, it's almost like it has its own stop. And Publix.
It would be cool if you could ask for late checkout on the app, or online in some way. Fortune House kinda had this arranged for things like Early Checkin but, not Late Checkout? And Booking.com doesn't seem to offer this in general.

I am writing this letter to inform you that I was extremely satisfied with my 12 day stay at Fortune House Hotel Miami Brickle . From the moment we arrived until the day we left the whole staff really made us feel like we were home. Especially special thanks to Mr Rey at the reception and Mr Kenny was amazing.
The staff is very friendly whatever we requested we have recieved with in minutes to our room. Room was being cleaned everyday. Vallet was always on time we never waited once.
We have stayed here on Jan 2026 for 2 weeks almost and we were really happy with the service.
Would for sure come back here again and would recommend to our friends.. 60 m2 literrally 2 bedroom apartment with 2 seperate rooms 2 bathrooms with full kitchen amazing view…

The room itself was very clean. We were upgraded, which we appreciated.
The price was too high. I realize you’re near the cruise port and I think that’s a going rate for many of your competitors. However, it just seems ridiculous at over C$600 a night - I feel it gauging but when you’re taking a cruise, we don’t have much choice.

Easy check-in with pleasant staff. Clean.Suite had a small kitchen and washer-dryer which would be good for a do-it-yourself vacationer. Hotel and immediate area safe. Easy access to free Miami Metro shuttle that goes to downtown area.
Location. Surrounded by high-rise office and condo buildings. Room overlooked new construction site. In Miami financial district. No immediate shopping for tourists - pharmacy, diner, fast-food places or supermarkets.Small number of coffee/pastry shops had food but very expensive. Hard for Uber drivers to find !
Room itself was good but this facility is a mix of hotel and condo residents - odd. Not a Miami or beach resort in any sense of the word - just a safe place to stay while in Miami. Would not recommend for children even though they did have a pool.

You get what you pay for. This property is much less expensive than other hotels in the area and, even apart from the construction next door (which did not bother me), it's easy to see why. On check-in, even though I was traveling alone for work, I was "upgraded" to a two-bedroom unit. The unit was furnished in modern but cheap furniture, had an old-school coffee maker, and had no bed-side clocks or extra plugs. I was unable to get any live network television--just what was offered on streaming services (so I missed the final of the World Baseball Classic). The room service offered is essentially bar food. The salmon ceasar salad I ordered wasn't bad, but it was delivered to me in a styrofoam clamshell container and my wine in a clear plastic solo cup. I didn't notice until very late that, although the room had two bathrooms, there were no bath towels. The toilet in the main bathroom ran periodically. Although I like a firm bed, the one here was like sleeping on concrete. But the absolute worst thing of all was that this room in particular has old accordion hurricane shutters on the windows and, when it got windy in the night, they rattled and banged all night. It was awful. Regardless of price, I would not stay here again. Perhaps other rooms are better, but I am not willing to find out.

The price for a two bedroom is pretty good for Miami, so it works well when you need three spots for people to sleep. The view is nice too if you get a water facing room. The location is good, close to food and other things you might need.
The staff seemed irritated, the room had no robes or washcloths, seemed less clean that a previous stay, we had to call for spare blankets even though they knew we had three guests and there are multiple closets in the room.
Also, none of the three TVs worked. There was no way to watch anything. They all had different problems. Also, they did have previous guests signed into services so make sure you sign out before leaving.
Overall, I have stayed here twice and a number of small things always irritate us.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Lots of options for shopping and dining. The facilities are clean and the staff were fantastic. They even upgraded us to a luxury suite with no upcharge. The suite had full size appliances, some basic kitchen supplies, and an ironing board in the suite. The bed was very comfortable, and the pool is really nice, too.
Please provide washcloths. It seems more and more hotels have stopped providing washcloths. Because of this, I always pack my own. The hotel did provide bath and hand towels and paper towels and tissue.

The neighborhood is quickly growing and there’s noise from construction during the day and sometimes overnight. Developers get permissions to work overnight when needed so you might have issues if you’re a sensitive sleeper

The location is good, and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a washing machine and dryer, but it would be helpful if detergent were provided. The view from the balcony is beautiful and definitely a highlight.
There is construction right next to the property, and work starts as early as 5 AM. It’s extremely loud - sleeping without earplugs is nearly impossible. Unfortunately, we were only informed about the construction after booking a non-refundable room, which was quite disappointing. Please keep this in mind when booking.
