I liked the location, it was convenient.

Our room was not only dated but, it wasn’t clean. There were stains on the sheets on two of the beds, crumbs on the floor & pubic hair on the floor of both bathrooms. It was gross & unacceptable.

Nice view, breakfast was good & bed was comfortable. 3rd party shuttle was nice.

Dirty blanket & sleeper sofa not cleaned even though they knew it would be used because we booked 4 adults. Found hair scrunchy when opened & blood spots on sheet. When front desk was told, comment was "doesn't surprise me" & gave me a clean blanket.

Great location, close to the airport. They have an airport shuttle that is very convenient if you’re not renting a car. Breakfast included was a plus. Overall a great stay.

Location is convenient, especially for travelers who want to be closer to MIA and get regular options for transfers from and to the hotel from the airport. Average breakfast, nice outdoor area and wonderful staff.

Windows are blocked and cannot be opened for some fresh air. Air conditioning system is very old and noisy with insufficient temperature control. No ventilation at all, which makes the stay in the room very uncomfortable. Although, we have booked the apartment for two adults with two kids, the couch for the kids have not been prepared and we need to wait for linen at midnight and do it ourselves. No enough towels and needed to request that as well and run to the reception few times, since no housekeeping at that moment. Breakfast area is small and becomes quite busy and overcrowded between 7:30-8:30.

Our suite was very spacious. We had a well equipped small kitchen and a big living space. The bedroom was big and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast next morning was an added bonus. The shuttle for the airport left right on time next morning.

We couldn't fault anything.
