I liked almost everything. I didn't have a microwave in the room but otherwise everything. I liked that the bartender Iiesha let me order food from the restaurant so I could bring it back to my room. She kept me updated on the status of my order. I also liked that I could add my friend to the reservation so he could access to our room for the second night of my stay. All the staff was pleasant and professional.
I ran out of kleenex in the end but that was it.

Very unprofessional, Booking.com sent a request of cancellation, the hotel keep saying they didn’t receive booking.com emails, booking.com called on my behalf, the hotel gave them different information, they keep playing games with me, I was told several times my extended reservation was cancelled, by a supposed Supervisor name Jefrey Gerry, it turned to be not true.
Í supposed to attend a Hearing Conference from 10/08-11, I booked an extended day tru booking.com, on 10/06 work let me know, they need it me to stay and work, booking .com sent an email to the hotel with the cancellation request, the hotel never responded to the email, I called the hotel many times, left messages to the Supervisor, when finally I spoke with someone at the hotel Supervisor Jefrey G. I was told they didn’t receive any emails from booking .com, and given a different email, that never replied booking. com emails, and I was told both of my reservations were cancelled, the hotel representative stated If I got changed it was not going to be the hotel charges it was booking.com, I called many times booking.com, they email and called the hotel in my behalf, and the hotel keep playing games, telling booking they couldn’t cancel the reservation, and to me my cancellation it was cancelled already, it was a waste of time and a very stressful experience.

Good location, our server at the restaurant was nice, when we checked in I really did not get much information. It was like the desk person thought I knew where everything was in the hotel and how to maneuver it all. Like where are the vending machine located on the floors and the pool. He could have at least asked if I wanted to be given an overview of the hotel and or asked. I had to go back and ask where the elevators were and where parking was. Not helpful. I am not from the cities and it was dark and snowing. I asked about parking ramp and he gave very fast instructions. My daughter caught everything so she told me where to go. I was very glad I didn’t disturb her when I was checking in. ?.
The parking ramp was a decent price but on the website it says parking onsite which leads you to believe you get a parking space with the hotel room. That is the reason I stayed there and also the hot tub because all the other hotels in the area it cost extra for parking and they had hot tubs. This one says it does but they apparently took it out at some point. I was really looking forward to that time in the hot-tub. I and my daughter were sad and upset when we did not find one. I was not looking forward to the pool. We did however go in because we were already in our swim suits.

We were referred to the underground city run parkade. Upon leaving, the city had an issue with the payments not working, the gates not opening...
When we finally got out, we expressed concerns to the desk staff who basically wiped their hands of it as it was not their problem. We wanted assurances that we would not have multiple charges. The hotel should have a direct connection to communicate with this parkade security on behalf of their guests, particularly if they are referring guests there.
As a guest who was referred to this service, it felt dismissive when we asked the front desk for help.

Some staff unnecessarily rude. Nickel and dining for small things like bottles of water in the room. Made me afraid to use anything like the tv or refrigerator in the room for fear of getting charged. The hotel cost over $300 a night. All of that stuff should be included.

That the establishment is cashless really bugged my husband. I didn't like that as much as we paid for the room that breakfast and parking weren't included.

There were plenty of towels. Sometimes the water from the shower pooled in the tub The bell hops were very helpful. I was given a slight reduction in cost due to the delay in being able to get into the room
A microwave would be useful, as would ceramic or glass cups to drink tea. I could not check in until 6 pm due to waiting for my room to be cleaned. A clock would also be helpful so I don't always have to check my cell phone.
