Comming from the center of Naples by car we have almost missed the entrance of the hotel. Would be good if a visible hotel sign is placed neer the street.

A big comfortable room with a king size bed and a big shower, very quiet.
Nice restaurants and beach not far away (by car).
Amazing heated pools and a great welcome from Karsen at the reception.
Quite annoying to be asked for a tip at the breakfast while it was included in the nights price.
I know it is cultural but still I didn't like inside the hotel

Food was ok bartender friendly and providing good service on his own
I had to change rooms the forst one had noisy neighbors but in the second there was a very noisy A/C unit, it was side to side with the ice room and a staff room
I explained i needed a quiet room and i was given the 215
Closer to the high way, the whole night noise, noise, noise
Motorcicles, cars.
If somebody ask for a quiet room
It should not be sent to the side closer to the highway and less close to the ice room.
The matress was very old and the springs were very noisy
Please try to provide a better service.

The service in the rooms was exceptional. I felt so valued as I was traveling with my 2 boys, one a baby. I had extras of everything. Towels, bottle of water, pillows. The hotel was at a great location near everything and still quiet to sleep. The pool was warm and perfect size. Well stocked with towels and chairs. Will definitely stay there again. Easy convenience store at reception with milk for the baby, snacks.

It is a really stylish place, we loved the place and facilities.
The pool was also a great place to spend time.
Beautiful, comfortable rooms we had
The AC machine was in the room, but making a lot of noise. When we shared our concerns about it, they offered a new bedroom, which was a bit better, but still with some noise (at least, the machine was in the living room)

This hotel thought of everything! The bathroom had great lighting and a magnified makeup mirror, as well as a large bathroom and shower only (hate tubs, so this was appreciated!) The water pressure and temperature was great, the beds were very comfortable and I'm pretty particular, so this was impressive! The location to EVERYTHING was a bonus (downtown Naples, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, great shopping and tons of dining options) We ended up needing a benedryl and in the lobby, you could purchase this, so that made things extra convenient for me, thank you!
The only thing that would have been nicer is the patio furniture... we had a corner room with a walk-out balcony, but the furniture was way too soft and you just sank down on it, not comfortable unfortunately, but it looked clean and nice, just not "user friendly"
