Jakeria, Jaylen, and Jamall were all extremely helpful and made my stay very pleasurable. Everyone was very accommodating. The young lady who oversees the morning breakfast did an amazing job and was incredibly attentive and accommodating as well.

The breakfast buffet was a welcome treat. There were plenty of options for everyone. Location was convenient for a quick walk pretty much anywhere downtown. Room was what we needed for our short stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and parking in lot next door made it convenient to park and walk the rest of our stay. The halls and neighboring doors felt really quiet, almost silent from inside our room. I heard more noise from the streets outside than the hallways. Which was a pleasant surprise.

Large and spacious room that was comfortable and felt like home. Breakfast was a great way to start each day, the food was good and had enough variety. Central location made it easy to walk to all of the places we wanted to visit. Only had to take an uber once during our stay.
Honestly, surpassed our expectations by a mile so I don't have anything to point out.

The staff, tried to over charge me and tell me that my amount was not paid for so they wanted me to pay double do the room. I was highly upset and it ruined my vacation and left me with no money to spend on vacation. As well as they didn’t tell us they had an inside pool or anything. The front desk rep also stated that she don’t know where my money went and stating that they didn’t get money that I see that got from my back on my end.

It was near the WW2 museum.
We are on vacation on a strict budget. We booked the room because it was on a special rate. When I arrived I saw valet parking for $50 a day. This is nearly half of the cost of the room. When adding all the cost we realized this was above what we could spend. So around 6 PM called to cancel the whole reservation still not knowing we would be charged such a crazy price to do so. By this time we needed to find a place to stay for the nights we reserved. We crossed the bridge and found a hotel around the same price with free parking.

Great location. The staff wasn’t too impressive, in fact a little nonchalant. I was looking for more of a southern hospitality. Over all the rooms were huge , clean , peaceful. You can tell that there has been some renovations and improvements. They did an excellent job . The breakfast was complimentary and also very good,
I did not know that there was only valet parking as an option, which costed $50 per day. Also it took at least a half an hour for valet to bring our vehicle . So after about the 2nd time of waiting we ended up just ubering to our destination.

This was absolutely not a good experience. We paid around $600 for one night, which is far too much for what we received.
When we entered room 706, we were immediately hit by a very strong and unpleasant smell. It was so intense that it seemed like someone had been cooking meat all day with the windows closed. We tried everything to get rid of it, opening the windows and even spraying my good perfume throughout the room, but nothing helped. The smell was simply too strong and had clearly been there for quite some time.
About an hour after arrival, we reported the issue. A cleaning staff member came to the room, but unfortunately, as expected, this did not solve the problem. The odor remained just as strong.
The next morning at check-out, we made an official complaint because the situation had been truly unpleasant. The response we received was brief and unprofessional. We were told: “Okay, I will register it. You paid through Booking.com, so everything is fine now.” Since then, we have not heard anything further from the hotel.
We both felt uncomfortable in the room, and I was even concerned that the smell would cling to our clothes due to its intensity.
For the amount we paid, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many better options in the neighborhood.
The rooms are clearly in need of maintenance and renovation. Several things felt worn and outdated. Even the toilet seat had broken spots, which is simply unacceptable at this price point.
It is hard to understand how this hotel can be part of the Hilton brand.
Update: Please take a look at the one-star reviews from previous customers. The outdated and rusted materials were already mentioned seven years ago. Although the responses claim that this is disappointing and not in line with their service standards, nothing has changed since. Unbelievable.

It was close to everything. We felt safe and the staff was excellent.
There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only thing that was a problem was the ticking from the air conditioning unit. Other than that, it was great!
