We ain't Good Good but we still Good Liked: Honestly the location was a plus for me. And the staff are so pleasant and nice. They Have wonderful customers service. Disliked: I had a Few Problems while I stayed at this hotel First the hot water went out twice in my three day stay. My room was changed four times. Cause the doors wouldn't work with the keys. Then I still had to pay for a room when they so called fixed the problem.

Price was good but basic necessities were not met like they would have been at other locations. Disliked: Said it was a safe neighborhood but clearly was not. DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER!! Hotel staff chose to answer their cell phone rather than answer my quick question about where the parking lot is.

I wouldn’t wish my worst... Liked: Secure parking. Disliked: The rooms were dirty and outdated. The beds were uncomfortable. The door to one room didn’t lock the other had a portable a/c unit. The location is questionable with bums and drug addicts hanging around outside. The staff were very unfriendly and unappreciative. Only one way into the building. No knobs on the dressers or cabinets. No access to fresh linens.

Disappointing Disliked: There was a smell, stained carpet, stained & or mold on the mattress under the mattress wrap, a cock roach in the hallway down the hall, & mold on the ceiling near the ac. Plus the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Not ok when relieving myself.

Disappointing Liked: The private parking, the hot water, the staff friendliness. Disliked: The Air Conditioning did not have the ability to change the temperature, and was very loud, the elevator was old and slow and would move with the door still open or haven’t finished closing.
