The hotel is in an excellent location. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We drive to New Orleans and really appreciate the ease of having a safe place to park our car.
I prefer a hotel that has some outdoor seating such as a courtyard or balconies. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

It’s conveniently located to walk anywhere in the French Quarter.
Rooms with windows facing the street hear all the LOUD street noise well past 1am! Walls are paper thin.
Shower door didn’t close.
No extra pillows available & not full-size, some of the outlets in our room didn’t work.

Did not eat breakfast there. There were 3 of us sharing the room so it was a little small but we made out just fine. Room was very clean with wonderfully comfortable beds.
Hotel is situated very close to all the city action.
Wish I had a spare blanket. The room was cold at night in order to accommodate one guest.

The location is perfect- close enough to walk, but far enough from the Bourbon Street weekend night scene.
The hotel wasn't clean. Some areas in my room were dirty (like the curtains), and the carpet felt sticky.

Employees were cordial. Location and bistro. Linens were clean, as was the room.
Room 353 moved to 350. Hallway was shabby and not kept clean. Two bags of dirty linens were in the hallway outside my door the entire night. Room 353 was very clean but furniture, and fixtures, walls, etc. were in rough shape. View of the roof. Bar area, safe and refrigerator tucked into a cabinet. TV did not function. The front desk agent sent up a gentleman from valet to check the issue. He was very courteous. He was unable to access the back of the set and proceeded to stand on the desk top....walking side to side....after much trying he went down to report the problem. Never wiped or cleaned the surface he'd ben walking on. I called the front desk and requested to be moved to a different room.
The front desk attendant told me that she would send someone up from engineering to handle the problem. When I asked how long it would take? She could not answer. I had been traveling for twenty hours at this point, and I really was looking forward to a shower. The front desk agent called 10 minutes later and said that they would move me to a new room. She told me I needed to come back downstairs to get a key to the new room and a reissue of the room of key on my current room. While standing at the desk, the agent called back to the manager on duty and in the back office "is 350 okay?" She replied, "Yes, he's only here for 1 night, right?" the agent replied."Yes" I wasn't offered any assistance in making the move. In my opinion, it would have been nice if they had sent the valet back up with a bell cart and the keys. I repacked, my luggage and moved to room 350. The room was much smaller and the refrigerator was on the floor plugged in near the door. The room and the windows were much smaller. Similar issues as before with peeling paint and chipped furniture Again, the room was very clean and the linens were nicely presented. The floor standing toilet paper holder was covered with rust.

Great location.. the double queen room was better than expected...the pictures did not show a living room area with a pull out couch and additional tv....coffee shop with breakfast on site.. quiet for being in the heart of French quaters....we always felt safe, had an 11 yr old with us...friendly staff, would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very nice, well located in the center of French Quarter. We slept well using earplugs, the hotel is not on the main street but there is traffic. The breakfast place associated with the hotel is great, the main host was super sweet!
Only down side could be the wifi that was barely working in the room.

The bar at hotel was closed and it was not mentioned in any of the adds or descriptions on website and that is one reason we picked this hotel.

There was a night front desk attendant he was awesome! friendly and attentive. The 2 gentlemen that retrieved our car were awesome also. The location was great, and the hotel was clean though dated, the bed was comfortable.
The pillows were bizarre, they were small and flat kind of like sleeping on a dish towel, the shower set up was not great always ended up with water all over the floor. There was a coffee maker in the room but the cream and sugar seemed like it was from another century so not really great, the coffee they do have you had to purchase so there's that, we did purchase some one day and the coffee was fine but the croissant was not really fresh. There was a girl at the front desk, she was not great. She smiled once she realized you were standing there, every time I encountered her she was on her phone and most times I had to actually get her attention before she even realized we were standing there which is not great. And don't ask her a question, she's short and makes you feel like you were imposing on her.
