I love coming here, I love the staff and everyone is amazing and the room doesn't disappoint <3

Seems like the check in is now 21+ but ive always been able to get in at 18+ so im not gonna be able to stay here anymore unfortunately, I dont understand why as a 19yr whose been to this hotel a crap ton already (since 2024), and has put so much money staying here just suddenly cant. When did the age restrictions change???

Staff was very nice and the room was clean.

The room I had was a little small, not much space to move around. A third elevator would have been nice, we were always waiting for one.
