Great location, walking distance to theaters and Times Square and access to tour stuff. Loads of nice and surprisingly reasonable food options. Clean. The fill-your-own water bag from the filtered water tap was great. Nice little bar of soap. Fast elevator response. Doorman got taxis promptly
The usual small room and tiny bathroom typical for NYC. No amenities, no in-room coffee (much less any breakfast) not even in lobby. Hallway ice machine didn't work any of the 3 days I was there. Long and slow lines for check-in and check-out. Travelers must take that into account. Extra $80 fee for internet use was demanded even when I explained I had no electronic device and would not be using any internet.
