Location is great if you are doing anything Disney.

The property appeared outdated, with trash around the walkways and visible maintenance issues. Our room was unclean and poorly maintained, with hair from previous guests, stained bedding, sticky floors, thin walls, bugs entering through a gap under the door, and inadequate amenities, including insufficient towels, no bath mat, watered-down soap, and broken fixtures. Requests for extra towels and blankets were delayed, and communication from staff was consistently poor. The resort atmosphere was noisy and disruptive late into the night, the pool water was cloudy, the water slides never opened, and the water supply was repeatedly shut off without notice. When restored, the water was discolored and foul-smelling.

The big splash pad was great the kids enjoyed it very much and the flowrider they enjoyed that as well. The pool was a decent size and I liked that it was not deep… the water pressure in the shower was great. And I did like that they had laundry mat

The staff not very helpful you ask a question and they give you an attitude like you are bothering them.they are not on the same page with each other….the breakfast there was expensive per person .. the movie theater was small and it was not working you expect to relax and watch a movie on a big screen but you get a big screen with a extra small picture on it and blurry . The arcade half of them not working properly and they no one monitoring the area there were kids running around climbing on the machines being ridiculous and very rude. That isn’t the hotels problem but if someone was monitoring they could have escorted them out…The concessions in the lobby and different restaurants didn’t have everything they offered to sell..When you check in they try to scam you into doing a time share and want you to waste your vacation time in a meeting and tour thing and they call it a gift! I don’t consider that a gift. Housekeeping showed up one time the whole time we stayed and that one time they took all our towels and left us two clean towels for a family of 5 I had to call to get more and they didn’t show up until almost 12am to deliver them..

I liked that it was perfect for making the kids happy. I liked the way the rooms were set up in the suites.

I did not like the housekeepers choosing not to speak English while speaking to me in English when I asked for face towels and to have the trash removed. We only had medium hand towels and large bath towels. We left and returned to the room and there was a large bag full of more large bath towels. I did not like walking from building 11 to building 2 late at night because there were no parks. If you know the hotel generally meets capacity, and your guests pay for parking, there should be room numbers on the parking spaces to assure one car per room. Someone doubled parked on purpose to save a space for someone else. I also did not like being lied to by the Surf&Splash pool manager. He promised me a discount on a Cabana and I signed the contract to pay $140 but I was charged the full $180. Finally, I did not like purchasing a pizza, hearing my receipt number called, sending my grandchild to the counter to get it, and then watching the man behind the counter give our pizza to someone else who runs off with it. The staff member behind the counter didn't even ask the man for his receipt. He just gave the pizza away and walked away while my grandson stood at the counter. That made me really mad.

Very disappointed in the lack of discount or accommodations promised when we had issues that needed to be resolved. First we had one incident with the a staff member regarding ordering a drink, met with the Director who was great at calming the situation. I was promised a reduction on. my bill or discount for part of my stay due to these situations and at check out I was not accommodated as I purchased through this 3rd party service. Second, we encountered an unpleasant situation with another hotel guest who moved me and my kids personal items to take over our chairs and umbrella and they would not move when we asked them nicely. Hotel security got involved and did not make them move, me and my family of 6 moved to another location and waited for them to remove themselves. At that point my kids were worried as those guests were rude and disrespectful. My kids were worried about a physical confrontation and if they would touch our items again so we did not enjoy that day.

The space of the rooms were nice.

None of the water slides were open when we were there. That was the whole reason why we stayed at this resort. We tried calling room service and front desk several times to get towels, and no one picked up. We were never informed as to why the slides were closed or when they would be open. Dining options were very limited. We had a big group with two different rooms and we had roaches in both rooms.

I loved the bunkbeds for my kids.

Upon arriving in the pool area and getting in my 10 yr old son and myself picked up 7 alcohol cups and cans from the pool floor and floating right by the ladder to get in. I was there with my kids from 3-17 and was not impressed for the littles safety. Upon taking it to the front desk they said they would leave a note for the manager but I never heard back. $180 for one night to swim with several pieces of trash was not happy.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We had an amazing time with the whole family. The water park was so much fun, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a family vacation. We made wonderful memories and are already planning our next trip back. Room - bathroom toilet did not work after 3 hours of having checked in, however front desk sent maintenance and they fixed it. On the kitchenette a door fell on my foot it was a cabinet door under the sink was not functioning and when opened the cabinet door fell out , staff offered for me to write an incident report, I did not bc we were there only 1 night and would’ve missed out on activities. Then thunder started heading our way so pools were closed for some time, no one let us know when the pool was reopened. The great thing was that the.next day we were able to stay at the resort waterpark after checkout, unfortunately after 3 hours there were lightening warnings again and we had to get out, and then do we left.weather was out of our control, overall it was a nice stay!

This trip was booked as the last family vacation before my son shipped off to the Air Force. I called the property the day before I booked to ask if the kids splash zone area was open and available since it was under renovation during Spring Break, the person who answer told me yes. I booked the trip, got there and that park was not opened and they say it was due to safety concerns but when we watched as they were repairing all we saw was the foam mats being laid down and the park looked like it was never opened. They literally opened the day before our trip ended for the weekend crew. So unfair. They did try to make it right by offering 50% off the next stay but was not enough bc I can not redo the trip. Just have to smh at this disappointment and just made the best of it.

Maintenance guy was awesome, gave our truck a boost when battery died. Front desk was very nice and friendly and helpful.

All night long, the people all around are super loud all the time. You could not get any sleep here. Bed sheets (pillows for sure) were never changed and smelled like sweat when we checked in. Request for pillows was made and front desk immediately took care of it. However, compared to soft more comfortable pillows already on the bed, crappy flat uncomfortable pillows were brought. Room was okay overall, but not very comfortable especially the couch. Employees at the large slides do not do well with safety at all. Was told it was safe to go down the slide, however someone was at the bottom and I went straight into them head first (bc you have to lay on a sliding mat head first). Entire right side of my face swollen. This is a major issue with guests getting hurt if staff is not truely paying attention at the top and bottom of the slide and giving the “okay” to slide down. Also, never in my life have I ever experienced such disrespectful teenage kids and people staying here. My daughter and I were in line, and 2 teenage boys kept spraying us in the face after being asked to stop. They would run off and come right back and place their hands into the spraying hose and directly spray our face and laugh. Parents should really do better. We will never come back here again.

There was a lot to do. However most of the gates to the pool did not work! You had to walk completely around the whole place to find an entrance.

Does not offer late checkout! Flight was delayed and was told no late check out, and 10am is check out. That was disappointing.

The staff was friendly. The games they played at the pools were fun. The Waterpark was nice. The lifeguards were on top of things. The food court style for the restaurants was easy with the little kids and the food was good. The breakfast buffet was $26 but free for kids 11 and under so I felt like it was a good deal.

I wish the kids room (where the bunk beds are) had a door on it. Kids go to bed earlier than adults usually. Also the noise from the outside was hard to block with no door. Also, when people smoked cigarettes outside their hotel, the smell wafted into the room.

People running the halls in the middle of the night and yelling kept us awake! People smoking pot everywhere effected our breathing and the pools were wall to wall people. Uncomfortable loud environment overall I wouldn’t recommend this so called resort.

Pool was closed do to someone throwing up. And the additional parking fee on top of daily resort fee is no good. Just include it all at the beginning.

Amenities were fantastic! We could have easily stayed on property all week with no needs if food pricing was better.

Food prices were expensive. I spent at least $40 per meal for myself and my child. We eventually went to Walmart and got snacks and food to keep in our fridge to make for lunch and used our extra $$ for small snacks. The AC was not working well in the room. It stayed 74 degrees, was humid, and little circulation in the room with bunk beds. The room smelled like chlorine upon entry and maintained the smell all week. A family member cloroxed the room and turned on the shower to try and rid the smell upon arrival. I had to seek out a housekeeper to get new towels. We had 6 guests in the room and the housekeeper would only give me 4 towels. The elevator was out for 2 days of our stay, forcing us to take the stairs with heavy bags. I don’t mind the stairs but I had to drag my luggage down upon departure. The outside of the resort smelled like maijuana frequently and we had children with us.

The location was good

First off, they didn’t give us the room we paid for. We booked a king suite with a full kitchen, but instead they gave us a standard room with a queen bed. On top of that, the TV in our first room didn’t work, so we had to move to another room the next day. The second room was at the front of the resort, which I really didn’t like. As soon as you walked outside, it smelled like marijuana all day long. Parking was another huge issue. There was never anywhere close to park, and we had to leave our car on the other side of the resort and walk all the way back to our room every time. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and definitely not what we expected.

Real free waterparks, good pool options for kids and teens, basketball court, nice lifeguards, free water, many welcome gifts.

Poor security, bunch of kids ding dong ditching. There's barely any smoke areas, no bbq, very small refrigerator, does not have ice and vending machines on each floor.

What I didn’t like that I understand that it’s summertime but the everything the pool was overcrowded you go to the lobby area to grab food. It’s overcrowded there’s teenagers everywhere late at night. No one’s controlling that.

I like that it had the option of two bedrooms

I did not like that the second bedroom had no door, there was no lock on the bathroom door that kept sliding open, no lock on the bedroom door that kept sliding open, the pipes rattled when putting on hot water and the handle was hard to turn. There were no dimmer switches. There were not enough tissue boxes. The light in the bathroom was not bright enough to do your makeup. There was no life guard managing the pool, they had one for the water slide that I guess was suppose be o monitor the pool too.
