Only suggestion would be an armchair in rooms for somewhere to sit without having to sit on bed all the time. There was a desk chair but there was 2 people sharing. There was nothing bad all good

We did not have breakfast there. We went across the road and had breakfast. There was not much I did like about the place.
The doona on one of the beds had a big rip in it and all of the stuffing came out when that became untucked. It also smelt dusty and dirty the doona. Our toilet overflowed once one person told us we should put toilet paper in the bin beside the toilet. Another person said that was not necessary. There was no notices about anything like that. We left a bag in our room. It took three days of phone calls before they finally told us that it was there and we’re not very helpful with arranging to have it sent on to us. The whole room was rundown. Wallpaper was coming off the wall. The carpet had humps on it. It was very old. Needs a good refurb

Location is perfect especially if you like walking around town. Close to the Movie Colony. Short walk downtown. And close to our favorite coffee shop: Koffi. One block to the west and a few blocks towards downtown. Great yard in back
The hotel is fabulous. We will stay longer next time. Very clean, spacious rooms. Full kitchen. Two pools and lounging areas. Staff very friendly and professional. Beds were great.
Not a fan of barn doors on bathrooms. Parking a bit tight but just park and walk. No need to drive when you’re here

I like the fact there were 2 spas to enjoy and patio space to sit outside and enjoy. It was small and intimate which is great and not loud.
My roommate and I were not fond of the bathrooms. It was small and no space for our toiletries to fit. Plus the shower felt like it was something out of the cruise ships and towels were ok quality. And the water was flowing outside of the shower door and into the bathroom mat. The carpets look dated and rather be hardwood floors. The parking spaces were limited and just feel that my car could be not safe if parked along the side street.

Enjoyed the decor, setting, pool and location. Could hear the music from the bar down the street but it was a Saturday night and it didn’t interrupt our sleep. Would stay here again. Lots of food choices on waking distance.

I needed a place close to the hospital as my brother was in icu. I found the place to be very clean and comfortable. A little dated and sparse but just what I needed and a great value.
There were some minor damages and flaws in the room and not very plush, hard furniture and decent mattress.

Everything about the room was very good, and the pool area and other outside areas were all excellent. There was even a fire pit outside the room, surrounded by sofas. I also liked the AC unit, which was very new and worked beautifully with a remote control. The cable TV channel lineup was incredibly full of hundreds of choices.
I didn't like the fact that the wifi was very unreliable. I also would have liked a kind of bureau in order to put objects on, as there was only the desk, which was not enough space. I would also have liked a cushioned chair and possibly a desk chair with swivel seat. In addition, it would have helped to have a couple of down pillows.

The location of the hotel is a good location low traffic flow and out of the way from the action. The pool looks nice and the hot tub, but did not use it. The sitting area in the center of the facilities is nice too.
Noise of the sirens since the hospital is nearby, parking is limited so you may have to find parking in a dark empty grass lot across the street, the wifi is horrible or nonexistent, it is not Verizon friendly, and the chairs outside need to be replaced, and there are so many things that need update. No room service.

The hotel has a retro vibe to it. Our check in staff was great, very friendly! Room was clean and quiet. The large hot spa was right outside our door which was very convenient. Very cute place, would stay there again!
The rooms needs a bit of maintenance. I found the beds too hard. Half hour walk to the strip.

The Inn had a large jacuzzi and a heated pool. Property was overall clean and had a mid century Palm Springs vibe. There were two fire pits in the main patio area, it was nice to seat around in the evening. Top floor rooms have a small little balcony with two chairs and a table.
The property was worn out as well as the rooms. The whole place has probably seen better days. Things looked re-patched and painted over, making everything look outdated. The rooms had a musky cigarette smell when we walked in.

The front desk employee was exceptional and friendly. We only stayed one night so we didn't get a chance to try the pool, BBQ area, or anything else. But the grounds looked like they were well kept, minus some issues. Make sure you ask for all you need before midnight. They let you know that ahead of time when you check in as well. The bed linen looked to be clean. Communication with the hotel is excellent. Location was very close to downtown Palm Springs. The balcony was nice and had two chairs and a table for lounging in the morning. Room had a small coffee maker with one ceramic mug. Room had two wine glasses and two lowball glasses. We didn't turn on the TV. The pool is in the center of the courtyard. Every balcony faces the courtyard.
Trash cans were overflowing in the courtyard. The front desk is not 24hrs, closes at midnight and opens at 8am. Perimeter doors to the hotel property are left open - does not have a spring to force it closed after someone leaves the property. That poses a security risk. Room 233 was super outdated. Carpet was loose with wrinkles and buckling everywhere. It didn't FEEL clean enough to walk barefoot. The bathroom sink had black mold along the rim of the counter top. The faucet was loose and leaking. The beds were actually lumpy and pillows were flat. They looked super comfortable but wasn't when you laid on it. Parking is terrible here. We had to leave early and was concerned we were going to get blocked in with people parking where they shouldn't. Hotel needs some serious maintenance and renovation. Furniture drawers do not stay closed. Paint chipping everywhere - doors, furniture, walls, etc. For over $300/night, I expect a certain quality for our stay. I did not feel clean staying here.
