The room was very small, the furniture and appliances were already tired. There was a terrible smell of some kind of chemicals in the hallway on the floor. There weren't enough robe and slippers.

I wish the parking situation was better. Also it would have been nice to have access to a microwave and fridge. Also the street noise was pretty loud early in the morning even on the 9th floor

They were able to check me in my room in the morning which was a life saver. I thought I could just leave my bags but I was able to check in at 9AM. Your mileage may vary.

Staff was fantastic, especially Mateo. Room was nice size, bed was comfortable, Bigelow bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). Free coffee/cappuccino in the lobby. Location was about as central as you could get, walking distance to everything.
Room temperature was a bit confusing to control. Not all USB charging ports worked.

Location was good. Lively area with lots to do around.
The room was musty and dark. Got a sliver of window but it was largely blocked by wall. Window doesn’t open so good luck getting the must out. They didn’t clean very thoroughly before me either - the toilet had some stains left, there was trash left in the bathroom trashcan. The person checking me in had quite the attitude too. Also, the fact that you have to take two elevators to get in and out of the unit/hotel is so extra, I couldn’t.

The location was excellent. Smooth and quick check in, the room was clean, not the most spacious but quite sufficient for 2 people. Staff were polite and pro active, right from check in to the housekeeping.

The location near Rittenhouse square is very centric and convenient. I love their coffee station in the lobby, with a machine that lets you choose cappuccino or espresso. I also love that they have water fountains on each floor, which provide recyclable water bottles

The staff working is very friendly!!!
The shower head was definitely cracked/broken so our shower leaked all the time and caused wet socks.. also the parking for the hotel was extremely inconvenient; I understand this hotel is in the middle of the city & parking accommodations can be difficult but for you to have to walk as much as you did for the amount of stuff we had kinda really wasn’t ideal.. also the amount we had to pay for the parking kinda really did suck.. to already have paid so much for the room & not have parking just be included or it only be like $20 a day at most is a outrageous.. in addition to the room cost the parking was 120 for the few days of stay we had in the city without taking the car out of the garage & that was our discounted price.. just remember that while traveling if you have a vehicle. I also understand the holding fee etc that SOME hotels do but it was under my impression that booking made it seem as if the 100 holding fee was coming from the money that was already being paid towards the room their their site.. this was also a major inconvenience. THINGS need to be CLEARER with certain bookings on HERE because that was a big frustration.

The location was great, I had no real schedule, just enjoy the city.
The coffee station was clean and accessible.
The hospitality of the staff was very nice.
My room was 1220. The bonus is that it was quiet. The double negative was not being able to close the screen to the skylight. I absolutely can't do natural light and sleep. I got up hours before I needed to, dressed and checked out.

I felt extremely uncomfortable my entire stay. I booked 48 hours and didn't even accumulate more than 12 hours.
Plus they kicked my sister out and her son in law had to take her to the hospital for skin reactions to an issue with the amperage. They didn't enjoy anything either because front desk was inexperienced and unable to provide a comfortable stay.
I'd honesy like my money back. But I wasn't provided a receipt because they didn't know how to handle the situation.
My window couldn't be opened at all. I heard excessive background noise and it aggrevates my condition I was not able to maintain a consistent level of comfort due to others showing up with mal ntent and forethought they followed me to cvs and skimmed there also.
Yes, they are stalking me because I wasn't able to give a different name to protect my anonymity. My real name was called out loud in front of evesdroppers on the 2nd floor bobbyy an unknown female staff member who then wanted to chit chat about her date with the maintenance man...?? OK but.. I'd like to try again. I'm not going to pay u more than 50$ per 24 hours.

Room had a weird noise; staff was very helpful in resolving the situation by providing a quiet room, though a smaller queen size bed. The staff also agreed to provide a small discount due to the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
