All of the pillows had an overwhelming smell of years of other people’s dirt and sweat. Disgusting to sleep on. Room service food was horrendous— several things were inedible and we threw out (and they got our order wrong).

Honestly, nothing it was very outdated. I had to request to get another room because the shower head was rusted and we didn’t feel comfortable showering.

Yes, it was very outdated. The bathroom had rust in it. The phone did not work when I got a new room so I could not call to the front desk. The tub was greedy and all they did was give me a $40 credit for parking. I need a full refund.
