Breakfast was good. We enjoyed cookies and hot cider.

Both days were scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes along with other stuff. It would have been nice to have sausage and pancakes. Bacon needed to be cooked more. There were no Chamomile tea bags. I'm short, so the bed was a little high for me.

Overall it has been a nice experience The hotel is really nice located in an excellent position. Good breakfast, staff kind and available.

My room on the second floor (first floor in Europe) was quite dark, even during the day. I could not open the window. For this reason the ventilation to change the air was always on, even putting the fun off the system produce a background noice. I personally prefer to be able to open the window to change the air turning off completely the electronic system.

Location was very central and convenient for what we needed. They have a recommended parking lot which is a block away from the property.

Hospitality was OK. Some staff seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Staff in the cafeteria were the exception, and they were very friendly and helpful. The photos looked a lot better online. I was a bit underwhelmed when I arrived. Not worth what we paid in my opinion.

What I liked most were the cleanliness and the location.

booked a queen+ bed, though the room clearly felt like a regular queen. Also, one of the hostesses was quite unwelcoming—no greeting, no smile, and an overall attitude that made us feel like we were bothering her. Having a McDonald’s drink at the desk didn’t help with the sense of professionalism.

This location was amazing. It was so close to everything in the city that we wanted to do. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They were very communicative and helpful leading up to our trip, giving advice on local hotspots, and information about our stay. We rented a car, but was able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, once we got to the hotel, due to the amazing location. The Hotel was very clean, warm, and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Parking is off site (But it's a downtown location and there is nothing that can be done about this). Hallways can be tight when you are traveling with luggage and a worker is in the room. And there is only one elevator. Just be aware that things could run slower during busy times. We didn't have a bad experience, it's just something to keep in mind with this hotel. None of these things made it a bad stay, just expect to deal with these things.

It was clean. It had a typical AC, not the in-room hotel ACs that are so noisy. Housekeeping was friendly.

They wanted to charge an early checkin fee for checking in 15 minutes early The rooms are EXTREMELY small The doors are heavy and slammed all night long People next door kept me up all night being very loud Television channels were minimal Very dim lighting in the bathroom so putting on makeup was a huge challenge No counter space in the bathroom and no mirrors anywhere No microwave The fruit in the breakfast was very old. Bananas were all but black. apples were soft The shower had one setting----power wash jet. It was uncomfortable

The location was good for that side of the city. There wasn't a lot open late in terms of restaurants. Not too many shops but close to many attractions, and the Revolutionary War Museum across the street is fabulous.

The room was super small. The elevator and decor could use some love. Staff was accommodating but not overly welcoming. No restaurant or bar onsite.
