(Apparently there had been a snafu with the reservation system). The menu was interesting but I found several of the dishes to be overly salted.

Had a problem with Room when we came back the evening and taken a long time to resolve and move us to a new room that evening.The next morning at Front Desk, Antonio assisted and resolved the issue with a upgrade to one of the Villas for the rest of the stay. Definitely made up for the poor service we received the evening.
Their check in can approve with holding an amount on your credit card. They taken more than double the amount for the stay and I’m still busy sorting it out, even after the full amount was deducted for the stay.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, we loved the amenities, especially the adults only pool. And the food was fantastic! Every staff member was very polite and willing to assist us especially once they found out we were on our honeymoon.
The only thing we didn’t like is that the bar closed at the adults only pool at 5pm. Being that it’s 24 hours we would’ve liked for it to stay open longer.
