Very close to the airport with a free shuttle service.
The room was clean but there was a strong cigarette smoke smell probably in the carpets and curtains although it was a non-smoking room. I wouldn’t recommend it.

If you don’t do elevators you will need have someone open the doors to stairs to go up ! Lots of money spent but not good for stain pillows in always asking for someone to open the door

The staff was great. The shuttle was fast and efficient. It was clean and comfortable. Great location - close to the airport, close to the great public transportation light rail, which we used to visit the Dessert Botanical Gardens. The light rail was safe, easy and cheap.
The food in the restaurant was just okay. I wish there were more coffee options in the morning like in the lobby or for purchase in or near the lobby.

The hotel is right across the metro which takes you directly into the airport, so very convenient. The had a bar in the lobby opened late and morning breakfast was included but didn't get a chance to have any, so can't judge that.
The hotel rooms seem a little run down, and the bed sheets felt dirty, we were there only one night so being close to the airport was perfect.

It was easy to find, close to the airport for the lacrosse teams to access.
Definitely was not set up for 16 different lacrosse teams to stay at. Breakfast needed to be set up buffet style so that the girls could just go in and eat. It was go in and order which wasted a lot of time in the morning when these girls need to be able to fuel up before the tournament. Definitely not enough people working to make this happen.

Very nice hotel with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant on-site is good and has some original menu (aka house chicken salad with strawberries). The pool area is nice as well for a relaxing time
The only issue I found was the area itself. It's not very clean outside. You also can't walk out anywhere close by as there is nowhere to go, though the downtown is a short ride away. It is also very convenient in relation to the airport with a free skytrain.

Comfy rooms, liked the soap, body wash and shampoo pumps, fridge was important to us, loved proximity to airport, enjoyed the large family-friendly pool
Hard to find a working outlet for the Keurig - the computer table next to the pot was probably not plugged in and too much trouble to pull out to check - had to move the pot to the nightstand.
Was expecting the restaurant to be open ( no notice it was not) and although a suitable reduced menu was provided at the bar, seating was difficult for our 7 family members, which included children. Food was good though.

Bed was comfy.
Food was tasty.
Family of four given queen bed and sofa bed. Manager said sofa beds are never made up but no bedding in the room and not advised at check in.
Manager said the booking came thru for one person - showed her my confirmation for four. She said hotel was full and five minutes later ‘found’ a suitable room.
Glad we were only staying for one night.
Breakfast service was very slow, restaurant quiet and still order arrived wrong. Food was good, coffee very bad.
Nowhere near the standards we have experienced in other Crown Plaza hotels we have stayed at in Europe.
