When we arrived for check in, our room was still being cleaned. The lady at the desk was very friendly. She was all smiles. I could tell she was in a great mood. She told me instead of having us wait for our room to be cleaned, she was going to upgrade us. She put us in a bigger room with a nice view. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The next time I'm back in the Phoenix area, I already know where I'll be staying.

There was nothing about my stay that I didn't like.

The property was nice. The rooms were super.

We had an extra early flight and could not get a shuttle to the airport because they have limited hours. Not recommended for travelers who leave early. In addition the free breakfast was also not available to early travelers and no option was available. The Marketplace was over priced

Super friendly and enthusiastic guy at check-in. Offered a free cold bottled water, seems small but it was appreciated!!

Airport shuttle starts at 6 a.m. Not early enough for my flight so I had to pay for a taxi.

Location was great!

Front desk staff at night time was not very friendly, specifically lady. Gentleman was very helpful. Lady never looked up from her computer to help! Guest laundry facility was only 1 washer/dryer. had to go across the street to do my laundry. Guests staying directly above us must have had 10 kids doing gymnastics and bouncing a basketball all day and night. Guests with small children need to stay on bottom floor.

Close to the airport

There are two Holiday Inn hotels, only one is the Express. I got on the first shuttle from airport to hotel that read "Holiday Inn". Fortunately for me the driver brought me to the Express, even though that was not on his route.
