Convenient location and a great price. The lady at the desk upgraded my son and I to a room overlooking the creek and had a balcony. We enjoyed going out onto the balcony to look at the lights across the creek and when it stormed we were able to watch the storm from the balcony. Was also right by Red Rooster for breakfast so didn't have to drive to it or sit outside waiting we got put on the list and was able to relax and wait in our room.
Parking was a bit off, meaning you have numbered spots which is good unless someone else parks in your spot so you have to look for another one. But that's the only complaint.

Reviews said that the property was clean and for some reason had an almost 8 star review. That is NOT the case. At least for us. Our room was not even close to an 8 star rating. The bathroom sink was falling in, bugs in the toilet and blankets werent clean. Definitely needs an update especially for what I paid.

There was nothing to like.
This place was awful! We booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were extremely dirty, there were broken items all throughout both rooms, food was left in the refrigerator, I'm pretty sure a few drug deals were made in the parking and rooms that night, none of us felt safe even taking a shower due to the filth and safety concerns of the bathroom, the sink in our room was completely cracked through and spread water all over the floor which we then stepped in, the cabinet that held the sink was completely warped from all of the water damage (I meant to get a picture of that) we didn't even feel safe enough to walk around the room without our shoes on! It was very loud due to the fact that there were cracks all around the door seal and light was coming in all around. This was the first time i have ever felt the need to prop a chair against the door to keep my family safe. The curtains to the room didn't shut all the way. I went and got lysol from the store just so we could actually feel sanitary sleeping. The stairwell to walk up was unsafe and felt like you were going to fall through. It also smelled of pee and was filthy. If we could've gotten different place to stay we would've, everything was booked. When we told the front desk about it all they said was that it is under new management and they are working in it. There are 2 properties side by side that have the same name, possibly both owned by the same company, and I think that's why the reviews are so good. The property behind where we stayed looked very nice, but not ours. We saw the lady from our front desk going to the property behind us and helping a guest with their room so I know she worked at both locations. Please don't get fooled into thinking your getting a nice place to stay like we did!

Staff was friendly, albeit absent when we went to check in.
The room was decent enough. I liked that they assign parking spaces right by the rooms, so we didnt have to worry about parking or walking too far to our car.
A little dirty. Towels had stains and hair on them. We found mold on the shower and window curtains. TV seemed to be connected to our neighbors remote, because it kept turning or changing channels by itself. Also there were no deadbolt locks on the doors, which made me feel a little uneasy

WONDERFUL stay! Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Late check in was easy and great! We stayed in room 112 and it was clean, easily accessible, and beds were very comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!

We were on the spur of the moment Friday night guests. Fortunately, there was a 1 room queen bed available. We had our 3 years old grandchild with us, but decided to stay since it would be for only one night.
The hosts were great. We were late arrivals - no problem. Also, we were fortunate again.....a king bed became available. Which was great! The experience was very good. Would stay again!
Parking was very tight but manageable. We found no ice machine, but not a big problem.

The location was great for pigeon forge
It needs some upgrading and water pressure wasnt that great but the beds were comfortable and we were really only using the room to sleep and shower
