The breakfast is a few snacks, the bed was very squeaky if you moved at all and the blanket was like a tarp, shower pressure was very low and drained very slow.

The management was amazing and worked with us to make sure our anniversary celebration trip went perfectly. The room was very clean with no carpet, and the TV, Wifi, and bathroom facilities functioned smoothly. Hair dryer, microwave, and mini fridge were provided which was very useful.
We would enjoy a more diverse breakfast option, but were aware prior to coming that it was pastries, coffee, and juice. No worries there because we were prepared! Would be lovely if the pool was heated but overall nothing to dislike!

They let people park spots they were not supposed there my husband had knee replacement surgery so walk We advise we didn’t want third floor they placed floor When went told manager it didn’t seem matter Plus we had to pay for ice every time we go ice I was really disappointed it our anniversary trip

My boys are are 15 & 10 years old. We just loved that this property was located on the Parkway in between Taco Bell & Baskin Robbins. We were able to walk right across the Parkway to the go carts & arcade. This hotel is conveniently located only 4 miles away from Dollywood which we loved! Check in was quick & the lady at the front desk was just the sweetest most helpful person. The room was clean, the beds were very comfy & the wifi was good. We will be back soon :-)

Loved the location....the beds were comfy. Very clean....the chairs outside of your door so we could watch the old cars and enjoy the outside.
The parking is a little cramped but the lady at the desk was very nice and found us a place to park.

The location was perfect. Easy to access the main road. The staff was friendly. The internet was stable. The room was nice and fairly clean with wooden floors.
The bed wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom, although nice, was small, with no heat lamp. The continental breakfast was very light consisting of some breakfast bars, blueberry muffins, and apples, with coffee and juice. No housekeeping service unless specifically requested.

The location was perfect, right on the parkway and close to everything. The room was very spacious, and clean. The staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful.
Everyone has their own opinions of how a bed should sleep and in my opinion the bed was too hard. And the shower pressure was a little low. Nothing major! Still had a great stay and a great trip!

Location is great. Coffee whenever you want. The only breakfast was pastries. They were good, just maybe a couple different things would be nice. The staff were always friendly. Very nice outdoor furniture at each room which is very nice. Every room faces highway. Honestly I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the same hotel last year at the same time as this year. Last year, they had an ironing board but no iron. We went and bought an iron. This year, we brought out iron with us, but the room did not have an ironing board. We had to iron our stuff on the bed.

We loved the location as it was right in the area we frequent most. The rooms are very modern with decor and colors. Love the full size hair dryer and additional blankets provided. Nice, simple, breakfast items and juices available. The desk with chair and the sliding table over the arm chair are great features! Love that the outlets on the tables and desk have the USB ports as well as regular outlets. Workers were very nice. Love that there is a light in the shower/tub area so it's not dark.
It is a no smoking hotel, however, there is no "designated smoking area", so patrons were smoking directly outside of the rooms and due to this, we were unable to enjoy sitting outside in the provided chairs. The "comforter" on the beds was more like a curtain and kept sliding off, so we had to set it aside and use the other blankets. And there was no ironing board/iron in the rooms. When they replaced our towels and rags with fresh ones, they never left the correct amount, so we had to ask for additional each night. There is no air circulation in the bathroom when the door is closed so it gets quite hot in there.
