Rooms were tiny. One bed was missing a comforter. They stopped serving dinner in large dining room and they serve it out of small bar with 10 tables. Always short staffed for breakfast and dinner.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close enough to restaurants and the stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice view of the river and stadium from our room.

The rooms need to be updated. Everything was very dusty in the room. The TV was tiny. Minifridge did not work. Ceiling and walls peeling in the bathroom. No bathroom fan. The heat/air didn't work too well. It was either too hot or too cold. The bed was lopsided and sunk in the middle. The hotel lobby was nice but the rooms could definitely use an update.

The location was perfect as we were in town for a football game. We were able to walk to the stadium and restaurants easily from there. Room was very comfortable and clean and the beds were comfortable.

The halls were dark, the carpet was stained and not as clean as I would expect. The restaurant was only half open, so there was a huge line to get to eat, so we didn't eat there. Very short staffed in the restaurant.

We liked the location and amenities, including the indoor swimming pool for my children, and fitness center

A very lengthy check‑in process was handled by what appeared to be a trainee staff member. Unfortunately, the same staffer also took an unusually long time during check‑out, was unable to explain an unexpected charge on our final bill, and initially declined to provide a printed copy for review. The issue was only resolved after the manager—and later the F&B team—intervened to correct the error. This experience was extremely frustrating and left a poor impression.

I like it was close to everything and the area as very nice .

When I booked this room I was not told there would be a 50.00 hold . I was also not told I HAD to pay for valet parking and I didn't factor that into my budget or trip and I was annoyed and upset by this . I also purchased the room price with breakfast and was told I didn't and had to pay breakfast . I even spoke to staff before o booked and was told breakfast was included .

We were travelling with our baby, and we requested a crib in advance. The request was granted and confirmed. Upon our arrival, 2 hours after the check-in starting time, and closer to the baby's bedtime, we were told that the crib was not there and that there were some issues, but they were working them out. We went upstairs, and we called the reception twice about the crib. Then, finally, after 45 minutes, someone brings the crib in a close pack and play (without getting it ready or without explaining the instructions out of courtesy). Unrelated to the crib, there were no cups for the coffee machine, they did not provide water on the second day, and they did not clean the room during our stay (e.g., trash removal) -even though we did not put the "do not disturb" sign. Also, personally, the beds were way too soft, and it was not comfortable for me (I have back issues).

We loved the staff and hotel. The staff did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable. Amenities including hot tub and pool, on site valet. We throughly enjoyed the valet parking, it was $44/night but compared to other large cities this was a great deal.

The bed could have been softer, of course some people like firm mattresses. Some of the room seemed to be worn and in need of updates but overall it was a good stay
