The price Considering I just spent the last 5 nights in a hotel. And all of them were expensive.
Everything else it was dirty. It had food on the door and on the walls. There was holes in the walls. It looked cleaner when I left it. Because I cleaned up then it did when I got there it was Deplorable But I guess to get what you pay for.

Claimed to have free wifi, the wifi was either far away or very poor quality and only lasted two days before it was gone. The bed had hair and dust in it under the made sheets. The floor had not been swept. There was no microwave in room, requested one and when it was in the room, it had no tray inside. Neighbors banged on walls, smoked and played music at all hours, even after complaining to staff about the noise and smell.

Power went out and the office people left. No power all day and they made me pay $100;deposit but didn't give back to me. Had to leave so cold. I took my key to the office manager at his car and asked for my deposit . He said he would contact me but didn't. I want my deposit back I lost the price of room but deposit I want back.

There was nothing we liked. It was very unsafe, messy and unwelcoming.
Firstly the reception could not understand English. The hallways had towels in them that were covered in feasies and blood. Homeless people were trying to get our keys from us when we were checking out. Bits of timber was layog everywhere from renovations and it was generally a very unsafe and unsettling place to stay.

I didn’t like the fact that it was under renovation, and they didn’t mention that the bathroom door was broken the walls, the sheets, dirty lots of things were in disarray and needed to be repaired, and the neighborhood was sketchy

The man at the front desk was very nice, very courteous. The King room we had was larger than most hotel rooms and every room had a microwave and small refrigerator.
There was only the bed to sit on, no chair although there was a sort of desk. Some of the clientele is questionable. We did not see any drug deals or anything like that but there was shouting and loud thuds on and off through the evening.

Terribly filthy carpets in stairwell. Some doors looked as though someone had taken a crowbar to them. Terrible maintenance - the front of our A/C literally fell off when touched. Inconsiderate other guests. Felt as though it was a place where rooms were rented by the hour. Cigarette burns, multiple, in the blankets. Sigh!

the property offered Pet friendly accommodations, they had nice Rene’s and an ironing board - beds were comfortable
the prostitution in the parking lot- the people camping at the back of the building
No breakfast. No security. No 24 hour front desk as advertised. Was mistakenly locked out and no one was around to open the door. No one answered the phone all night long. Not able to get into my room or get my belongings until morning. Had to sleep in the car in a very dangerous neighborhood. No apologies.
No one around anywhere to help with lock out issue.
The next morning the front desk acted like there was never a reservation in the first place. Finally they admitted that they had our belongings and returned the suitcase and computer that were in the room after long debate and denials. Also, the employee at the desk in the morning gave two completely different names when asked.

Nothing this place was a hell hole.
Customer service was horrible, hidden fees when I arrived they asked for my card and charged another $60 for a “deposit”. That I have yet to receive, first they gave me a room without a window curtain. Second when I called to let customer service to let them know, it was very difficult to understand and communicate with him. They switched me rooms from 133 to 112 which had a bucket under the sink because the pipes were broken. The TV looked like it belonged in the 90s. The shower curtain look like they bought it at dollar tree. Also no parking for semi’s, the place is also in a sketchy area.

The cleaning lady was extremely friendly and made sure we had what we needed. She was the only good part of my stay. And she probably deserves way more than what she’s being paid.
My 1st room they put me in the heater didn’t work and had no microwave or mini fridge, the 2nd room had one bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds and it only had a microwave with no mini fridge, the 3rd and final room I was moved to had 2 beds, mini fridge, and heater but the hot water didn’t work in the shower.

There was a strong smell of weed coming from the building hallway, there were holes punched into the bathroom door, there were holes in the walls, black mold in the bathroom in multiple spots. There were prostitutes conducting business in the parking lot, there were drug dealers also conducting transactions in the parking lot. The deadbolt on the door wouldn't lock because the door had been damaged, the smoke alarm had been ripped off the wall and some on drew on one of the lamp shades by the beds.

You talk to the hotel employee through a window. Half the lights in the room wouldn't work, there were bed bug exoskeletons in the bed. The placed looked like a converted prison. Management will not answer or return phone call messages to resolve problem.

The staff work hard to make your stay comfortable. The bed was cozy and everything was in good order. Loved the hot water in the shower and the big window that you actually can open wide. For the Portland area, this hotel is very affordable.
Don't be fooled by the exterior. The inside of the room is lovely. The floor could stand an extra rinse mopping. Location in a poor part of town but good dining is not far. The food truck park nearby is fantastic!

The room had painted over mold on the walls, the parking lot had a car junk yard in it, the garage wad overflowing, the tv didn't work and the owners who also operate the place were very unfriendly. So basically the whole stay wad not good.
