Great room, comfortable. No microwave in room, was one in restaurant.
Restaurant was closed in evening so no evening meal offered because a cooker wasn’t working. Had to walk to a take away which are in close proximity but not good when your tired. No room service because of this too.

Hot and free breakfast included with a fantastic selection to meet everyone's needs. Plus, the free shuttle bus service was amazing.
There was no microwave in our room, and that created a problem because we had to keep going downstairs to get hot water to warm up our baby's bottle in the lobby area. This was a struggle, especially during those midnight feedings.

I like the location.
I asked for a quiet room and highest room available. The front desk put us in room 101 where it’s near the street and beside the exit door that slams every time some enters and exit. I can hear every plane that lands at the airport. The sink is also outside the bathroom.

A minor matter but it would have been really nice if one didn't have to call for Shuttle pick up but rather that it ran on a regular basis. I'm not sure why but one of the nights of our 2 separate nights stay we were assigned a room that had an accessible wet room rather than a normal bathroom. Very hard to keep water from spreading everywhere and a potential slip hazard.

I liked how close to the airport it was
I didn't care for the visible mold in the bathroom or that our breakfast wasn't included in the price.
We also had a family above us who had what I am assuming a kid jumping off the bed almost to 11. I gave it an hour. But it kept waking my family up, who had to get up at 3am. So I called down and ask the staff to get them to stop, and I knew they must have talked to them because it sounded like they were all jumping for a few minutes!! Absolute trash of a family! Not the hotels fault, I know, but this experience does make it to where I don't want to go back there.

There was very limited sound proofing in the rooms. I was near the elevators and was woken up on multiple occasions by the sound of people talking, loud music in other rooms and the building practically shaking from the military planes.

Due to a water leak we were unable to stay at this hotel. But the concierge had already booked us a stay at another nearby hotel free of charge, and even refunded our hotel charge and had their shuttle driver take us to the other hotel. So we received a free night's stay at the other hotel, which was very welcome after a long day of travel!
Obviously the water leak was unexpected, but the hotel handled it admirably.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was also quiet, even if we were very close to the airport. We could not hear people walking in the halls or above us. We were welcome to use the microwave in the dining area to heat up some food which was convenient. The two women who checked us in were very nice and friendly. They were patient and answered all our questions. We checked in rather late and did not know there was a shopping mall right across the street with shops and restaurants!
We wished there was a microwave in the room but were offered use of the microwave in the dining room, so that was fine.

Very nice close to the airport
I asked the person at the reception desk to make me a latte. He kept rubbing his hands on the rim of the cup. I asked him not to because I don’t use a lid and I actually drink off the rim of the cup. He got incredibly agitated, crushed the cop through it and told me he never wanted to talk to me again. His hands are touching things from other customers. It’s not a very hygienic way to serve people. And then reacting I’m not going to talk to you again is a little much for asking him to give me a cup that he didn’t touch the rim.

Close to airport. The shuttle was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The bed in room 328 was horrible. The mattress cratered so we kept rolling to the center. The frame creaked like an old metal bunk bed. Get rid of the bed!! This colored my whole opinion of the place.
