The room provided ear plugs and a white noise machine, which was great for the traffic noise. However, the elevator had a bad squeak every time it passed our floor, which was clearly audible from the room even with both of these.
Also they had a cabinet of extra supplies like blankets and towels, which was fantastic - except that it was located directly outside of my room and made of metal that was not sound dampened in any way. Even some little felt pads would fix this though.

The location is good if you want to be downtown.
No " kitchen " equipment at all- No kettle or coffe maker, no microwave or mini fridge, not even plastic cups or similar.
The shower is uncomfortable, the stream of water is small and rarely hot.
No space for storing things ( the room is tiny )
The walls are thin and every sound is clear and loud.

The Staff! From the moment of valet check-in to lobby staff greeting. Super impressed with help city dining suggestions and entertainment. The atmosphere was amazing. My owner of the company was impressed and wants to look into group or long term discount for our company and other contractors that we will be working with. The company that we met with suggested a different hotel and I had booked this one based solely on location and the good vibe of looking at that website.
Definitely need more than 1 USB connection There were two that were broken. fridge upon request would be great or an FYI that this is not standard in rooms. The was more than accommodating with ice.

Very nice place with modern, clean rooms at a great location. It was nice that coffee was offered in the morning. They have a nice bar, too.
The walls are pretty thin - you hear everything - but the hotel kindly provided earplugs already in the room so this was not a problem for me. Also, on the first day, the water in the shower was fairly cold - this was fixed the following day. The water pressure remained pretty low throughout my stay but it was still okay. Otherwise, everything was great.

The bed was comfortable and the room was well decorated and clean. The bar downstairs was lovely and welcoming and the location is excellent for any of the train lines.
The room doesn't have any drawers or hangers. I loved out of the suitcase which is fine. The room has lots of hooks though.

We arrived at 2:30 am after a long flight. We were told that we would not be able to check in for 15 minutes because the system was being “audited”. Front office agent was completely unapologetic. Didn’t end up checking in until 3 am. Second day we called and asked for towels which never showed up. On checkout day we went to the elevator. We were staying on 12th floor. Elevator was stuck and people were stuck in the elevator. Curious because elevator had been making weird sounds since the day we got in. Anyways, we had 4 bags and were told someone would come help us bring them down. Someone came after 15 minutes, apologized for the inconvenience and didn’t assist in bringing any of our bags down. My wife and I had to carry all of our heavy bags down 12 flights of stairs. I understand there may be issues that unexpectedly arise, however, you should be prepared to offer your guests a solution when things go awry. Will most definitely not be coming back here. I would stay clear if I were you. I have stayed at Moxy in NYC, Nashville, Denver and Miami and have typically had excellent experiences. I asked for a manager to call me to discuss the issues. Never received a call.

It’s clean and modern, great location and the staff is kind.
We changed the booking (via Booking.com) from 2 to 3 people but we still got a room just big enough for 2 people. The hotel wasn’t able to give us a bigger room, even for an additional price, even though they had one. We were told there’s nothing they can do until we call booking to solve it on our own and then booking contacts them, which was ridiculous provided we were already at the reception desk. Impossible to reach booking via phone, so we were left without any help and suggested to “squeeze into one bed”. I have never seen anything like that.

The rooms are so noisy that you can hear your neighbor snoring. You can hear the TV in the next room as if it is in your own room.
During our stay there was also a construction site directly in front of the hotel at night.

The location was great..
This place is terrible.. You check in at a nightclub/bar instead of a desk. Online Booking company says there's Parking. What they mean is, valet parking that's $62. Tried to check in a few mins early and staff was rude. The lobby is decorated with disco balls and rainbows. Tacky. I could keep going. Dark, dirty hallways, broken elevator. And so on.

Location is good. Close walk to the Pearl district, and in downtown. Air conditioning was nice and room got cold. More affordable than other hotels in the area. Good channels on the TV. Little self-serve cabinets with things like extra towels, toilet paper rolls, toothpaste packets and toothbrushes, which really came in handy.
Could not accommodate early check-in, and there was a deluge of people checking in around 3pm. Paper thin walls - I'm not one to care about something like that, but the elevators are quite loud and constant. I could hear the elevators making a high-pitch sound as they slid to my floor, and I kept thinking it was a notification on my phone, which was annoying. One time, someone in the room next to mine (I assume) was closing or opening their window shade, and it was so loud it sounded like they were standing in my room. The hotel put noise machines on the walls for you to use because they probably realize this, but it made a clicking sound I hated - luckily, I brought my own travel LectroFan to drown out the noise. The room was tiny and there was only a tiny little desk - a distinct lack of surfaces to put anything down. No where to eat once I put my stuff down either, but they probably aren't planning for you to eat in your room since there is no on-site restaurant, no room service, no refrigerators in rooms (so no taking home leftovers anywhere) and they don't even provide you a bottle of water. I had to run to Whole Foods and lug water bottles back to my room. The thing that probably annoyed me the most was the shower "door" was just a half wall, with half of the shower wide open. This is America - why are we doing this? It's not possible to use one of these half-door showers without getting the bathroom soaked. But the shower has those short adjustable handle nozzles that can be sprayed in any direction and when I turned the water on, it shot out of the shower (again, because it's just a half wall, half open) and sprayed my room. Lovely. I'm coming back to Portland in a couple months, and I'll pay a little more to stay somewhere else.

The the way, the check-in process was very smooth. The front-desk staff while checking in, and also during the stay, was very kind and helpful! The location is also very, very convenient and very central.
The walls of the hotel are so thin, they might as well be made of paper. You can hear everything — everything! — from the room next to you. At night it gets VERY noisy, even the white noise machines they have don't help very much. There are also no closets or shelves for organization, the hotel just provides a couple of hangers and a couple of hooks to hang them. The room was much smaller than what was in the photos.
