We upgraded our room to the deluxe, it was huge. We loved the dining table and chairs. We had a couple of rooms for our group and it was really excellent to have more space to congregate between events. The front desk was also able to keep our rooms relatively close, so my little one could go back and forth to grandma's and it was a real treat for him to have that access.
My only suggestion would be an area rug on the hard stone floor, it looks beautiful and it is easier to keep clean and I really appreciate that, it just makes for an echoey sleeping space.

Super large clean facility with gated parking. We were driving a large U-Haul track and the parking lot was able to accommodate fitting our truck comfortable. The hotel is also pet friendly which was a bonus for us. Friendly check in staff and bartender when we went to claim our complementary drinks.
Nothing negative except there isn't much to do on the island. But then again we were only staying for the night.

Easy to find, decent breakfast
There was a fire in the toaster at 8am, the area we were in didn't seem the safest. Especially when the front desk clerk said we needed to park in the gate for safety reasons.

Beds were excellent, room was large. Reception evening was great. Food at their restaurant was very good. The breakfast probably would have been very good except the staff failed to have it competely set up by 0700. The scrambled eggs were a bit wet and the orange juice was terrible. The pancakes however were very good. Security for the parking is outstanding. The best thing was the staff. They were friendly and welcoming.
Actually, the elevators were a bit dirty and one was out of commission.

It's a nice place to stay great for families. Staff was very nice and helpful
The bath tub wouldn't drain so it was always full of water. Just needs to be unclogged probably. They don't give you adequate bedding one little sheet and a thin comforter and in winter it's very cold in the room. I asked for an extra blanket which was provided.

Very clean, very contemporary. Great deal - including free drinks from the bar when we arrived!
Honestly, the only thing that we didn’t like was the coffee. At breakfast, only grounds came out when we tried to pour coffee. And the coffee in the room was like camping coffee. But that was truly the only disappointment!

The property was fine. It was the service. It was bad. The service with you guys. Booking.com was bad. You guys were supposed to have sent them an email to cancel my reservation. Apparently it didn’t get canceled and I want it canceled. I’m getting a hold of my credit card and having them cancel it. It’s just all been a bad mess.
It turned out that they needed the money upfront cash money something to do with they had to have $100 hold on a card. I wasn’t there was a gift for my son that I was giving him a night stay in a motel and it all just became a big messed up mess and I called your company at like 1130 at night. They were supposed to email The motel and tell them to cancel my reservation. I don’t know what happened. Apparently it didn’t get canceled and my card was charged. I’m very very disappointed in what has happened

We chose this hotel for the evening reception with drinks and the breakfast with made to order omelets. It was wonderful.
The room had a comfortable king bed and a comfortable pull out couch for the kids. I was pleased to get food from the bar ( pizza was a very reasonable price) instead of having to go somewhere after a long drive in.
They had gated parking with security. I guess it may not be the safest area, but I felt safe.
We came with our dog. I wish they had outside seating for breakfast. We had to take turns eating because you can't leave animals alone in the hotel room. So that was disappointing, especially since we paid extra to have our dog. That being said, they do have a nice fenced in dog area that was convenient for potty breaks.
For next time, I would ask for the second floor. The first floor was loud. We had our dog with us, so he kept barking as people were talking outside our window and door. It was a full hotel, so many people talking. Even though beds were comfortable, we didn't get great sleep because our dog was on alert.
Mostly, I was disappointed in the pool area. Water was cloudy. Many people used it that day (hotel was full), and it showed. We went in and swam for 30min, but regretted it.

Room was immaculate and smelled amazing. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the property and area.
Not sure if anything could have been done to prevent this, but the fire alarm went off early in the morning. I stepped out of the door and the elevator had already been blocked. So not sure if there was a fire drill or an actual emergency. Alarm shut off fairly quickly, though.

Room was very comfortable. No coffee or tea in room. They were out of supplies. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a variety to eat along with made for you omelets.
I didn't like that you were to get a free drink and appetizer each night but there was no bloody mary mix or milk or creamer for what I drink. That was the first night we were there. The second night we did not make it back in time.
