My toilet wasnt functioning well. I didnt realize until midnight. Staff provided me with a plunger but I couldnt get it working. The other option was to move us to a different room. My family was sleeping.

Desk staff checked us in and out. Best part of the hotel.
Did not get the room we reserved. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The lampshade was broken. Most of the outlets did not work. It was by 2 (at least) strip clubs. There was no parking in the lighted lot when we came back to the hotel. We had to park in the back lot which was very dark. Had to walk around building in the pouring rain. There was a big truck in the handicapped spot that had no identifying marks to show it was parked there legally.

Other reviews overblown. Renovated rooms (mostly, make sure you ask for one) clean and classy. No homeless or vagrants in parking lot, only one guy in his car on the street. 10 minutes from the airport. Nice strip mall with diner type restaurant Nextdoor.

We saw some of the reviews online and was a bit concerned, but everything was very nice here. The bed was comfortable, had a large screen tv in the room, and the breakfast included was amazing.
There was a homeless camp behind the hotel, no one bothered us, just sad to see people living like that.

The beds were so incredibly highโeven in their disabled rooms. Iโa medium height womanโhad an extremely difficult time climbing onto the bed as the top reached nearly to my waist. My disabled husband got into bed with a lot of help from me early in the night; however, when he got up around midnight, he couldnโt get back in bed & fell onto the floor. As heโs too heavy for me to lift, I called the hotel staff without getting a response. Thus, my husband spent the night on the hard floor. I tried to make a bed with the lightweight comforter but couldnโt move him at allโcould only cover him. It was an awful situation for both of us.

Cleaning seemed very much lacking. The walls were disgusting. Overall it truly needs updates, but most of all it needs cleaning and painting. The front Parking lot was so small. No one wanted to park anywhere else for security reasons. The homeless groups were near the back parking lots.

Not a lot of hallway noise was able to get decent amount sleep
The furniture is older then I am, born in 62. For that amount of money ( $201 ) little kitchen but nothing to eat on or with. Hot outside, freezer was full of ice could put in an ice tray in it if I had one.

Nothing. Worst place you could ever stay! Avoid at all cost
It was the worst place you could ever stay. It's not safe at all. We arrived at 9:47pm and checked in between 9:50-9:55. The parking lot was full in front of the hotel. The back of the hotel had an SUV parked with trunk wide open with lots of clothes scattered every where.
There were multiple people that looked scary and stoned going in an out of the hotel.
When we saw the situation at the back parking lot, we felt it wasn't safe. There were multiple RV's and homeless people roaming around. My husband waited outside the front of the building hoping that someone would leave as we had all our belongings in our vehicle.
While my husband was outside, there were 3 men that approached our vehicle. One guy place a black mask/bandana on his face while holding his back pack in front of him. My husband called me and told me his situation. He went to drive off and called me immediately as he knew it wasn't safe for him to stay regardless if he was inside the van. At 11:05pm after 1 hour and 20 minutes checking in- we decided to leave the vicinity.
I told the front desk, Frey the situation and told her I had my 2 kids with me and I don't feel safe- she didn't say anything. It appears that she is aware of what the situation is like at that hotel. I ask if I can at least get a portion of what I paid for as we didn't even stay form more than 1.5 hours. She said No and will get the manager to call me. It has been 2 days and never received a call back.
I did not want to take the risk of staying at a place where my safety and my children's safety is at risk.
