Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Location near a few places to eat. Near park, the Sunday farmers market was great.

Was a bit out of walkable distance. Breakfast used to be fantastic, now lacking, eggs were clearly prepackaged. Small variety of fruit. Also the surrounding area south and east a block or two in either direction was surprisingly was a bit run down and not well kept, sidewalks with lots of weeds and trash.

Pool open early for my kids and very friendly staff

Rooms were a bit small and needs another curtain over window to block sunlight at night. But we have a baby with early bed time and naps and light was very bright at night

Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We were able to get an early check in as we had arrived in the AM after a long overnight drive. Breakfast was good, and the facilities were good. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy.

Personally, I found the pool too cold, didn't stop the kids though! And there were a few ants in the pool area.

Our room was a connected room with people next-door, who were extremely loud on top of that there was a dog across the hall from us a little yapper that yapped for a good 45 minutes. Why would you put a couple in the same vicinity as a dog when we didn’t have a dog, therefore have no patience for a dog And like I said the connecting door that we were not using allowed for a lot of noise we were hoping to sleep in, never got the opportunity.

Their no consideration for people without a dog being placed across from people who did have a dog.

The staff was always cleaning and polite.

The gym did not make sense. The T.V. is behind the bike, treadmill, and elliptical, which makes no sense. The T.V. should be front of those machines.

Easy access to most places that we love to go like family search library, temple square, a shopping center and etc.

What I don’t like that time there is a construction nearby and it is noisy early morning.

Worst experience of my life in a hotel and I’m 40, and been traveling regularly my entire life! We came to SLC for son who’s at Primary’s Children’s Hospital, so we already were here on rough circumstances.

The staff at the front desk was rude, and completely incompetent. I’ve worked 25 years in customer service, and was told I could stay elsewhere ( so I did and best choice of my entire trip) Little America was cheaper and a 4.5 star hotel with valet!!

Comfortable and clean. Walking distance to just about anywhere downtown.

The noise from the hallway was a bit much at 6 am on a Saturday. I think the people across the hall slammed their door 1000 times. They had no respect for their neighbors whatsoever. Luckily, I brought ear plugs, always do.
