The set up of the room was odd. Could have furniture in different spots.

Clean room and great location.. Walking distance of the river walk and Alamo.

Had a bistro instead of a regular continental break. Bistro had less options.

The room was nice and clean. Yes I did get the pillows I asked for when we arrived so I can have it for my pregnancy.

This was suppose to be our wedding anniversary trip yet a nightmare. Didn't know I had to get charged an extra 20$ per night on top of what I was already paying to stay there. I paid for us to have a breakfast and balcony with a king room (not a queen) included yet I didn't get either. We was told that we wasn't on a list for it but once I complained to the manager about what we paid for that's when we finally got the breakfast for the day we was leaving out which is ridiculous yet still no balcony. On top of all that we wanted to leave a day early but was told we would have to pay to leave early like that's not right if we're paying for something that didn't satisfy us at all. Such a rip off. We will not be staying at any Marriott whenever we decide to do another trip for our family for San Antonio.

The staff was very inviting and friendly. The room was super clean and the restroom was immaculate. The location was close to downtown, but it felt private and secluded at the same time.

I had no complaints.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day of exploring the city. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the presence of ice machines on every floor was a convenient touch, ensuring that we always had access to refreshingly cold beverages. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable amenities and hospitable atmosphere.

There should be better information about free WiFi.

Not the facility's fault but the road construction was annoying.

Location was perfect for the race I was participating in.

Construction made the entrance difficult find, but this was no fault of the hotel. Just something to be aware of.
