Very close to riverwalk. Business class hotel, all service is of high level. Room is very clean and there is possibility to tune the temperature. Very good bath room!
Overpriced. Breakfast is not included in the price, and even more there is no buffet for breakfast. Juts the restaurant

I liked the location of the hotel to the Riverwalk and alamodome. I also liked the convenience of parking options for my car. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived early, and they were able to check me into a room. I was expecting to wait until check-in time, but they were able to accomated me early. That was appreciated. They have dining at the hotel- ruth chris steak house, or you can eat on the Riverwalk. Access to the river walk is right at the hotel, too.
I had a very enjoyable stay. No dislikes

The person who checked me in was fabulous - I totally forgot their name to give them a shout out. Also, I went to the cafe one evening and the last morning of my stay and both times the employees were so friendly and welcoming! That is important to me! I wish I could let them know - good customer relations is hard to come by these days, so I love to share when it happens.

The location was perfect! Walkable for every spot we visited.
I did expect the room to be a little more spacious, but it was still very nice and comfortable. The A/C in our room wasn’t too cooling at night, so we did get a little warmer than we’d like.

I liked that the hotel was close to the event.
I didn't like that I was overcharged for my stay. I had amounts of 277.24, 300, and 278.45, and my total for the stay with taxes included was supposed to be only 820-ish dollars... not 855. Plus, the mattress was too firm, you have to pay extra for room service (of which I declined), the shower drain got clogged while I was showering on my first night, and it created problems, and the staff were "nice" I guess, but they 100% were either lying to me to make me happy or didn't know what was going on. I at least should have only paid what I was supposed to pay, but even then... the hotel is far from being worth the money.

I never stay in this hotel.. we made the reservation and we call to reconfirm.,. and they told us they didnt have space.. and that they didn't understand how did we have a reservation with Booking as they were sold out. I then proceed to make another reservation in a different hotel. To my surprise they charge me and I have been trying to solve this since then with Booking and no one says anything! A disaster of service!

Spent the night before in San Antonio Grand Hyatt River Walk. It was the same price. this place was way over priced!!!!!!
Old run down!! not even close to being worth what they charge!!! I booked a room 7.8/10 $---.00, they added $99.33 in hotel fees and tax. tax was $14.04, the rest was all a rip-off!!!! the room was run down, old,and out dated. the staff did there best.

The beds were a little hard, not soft or medium. Too hard for my sleeping style, my right arm was in pain every morning. We were suppose to get a double King size bed room, but we only got a one king size bed.

The hotel was wonderful. It was easy to park, too. The parking ended up being free. It was easy to get to the Riverwalk and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms on the 12th floor all adjoined. I asked for adjoining rooms and the lady at the desk said they didn't. But, when we arrived they adjoined.
