Toilet could use some scrubbing. The stains were discouraging as well as the flush pressure.

There was an area for my boyfriend and I to paint our Halloween skulls and the staff was very friendly to us. We swam a little, painted and drank some sangrias.

The covers on the bed wasn’t that soft, and the bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Good location. Clean. Comfortable fireplace seating. Loved the fire pits - and outdoor area!

The bed and sofa were very firm. No outlets in the sofa area. We had to ask about a microwave, since it isn’t offered in the room.

Close to my destination.

For the two days I stayed they did not provide bed comforter’s on either queen bed. I had to sleep with heater on which doesn’t allow me to sleep. When I checked out the front desk told me that there should have been comforter’s on both beds.

Location and grounds were great.

When I made the reservations I made sure to select the "Breakfast Included" package. My husband was the first one up that morning and made his way to the restaurant area. When he asked about the breakfast included in the stay, a female employee told him in a demeaning tone that breakfast was not feee and was not included unless he paid for it there. Then she told him if he wanted coffee he could go to McDonalds. Once he verified with me that Breakfast was included, another female upon seeing him very upset, then explained the various menu items that were included. He felt discriminated by that first female and for this reason we will NEVER stay at any Hilton and DO NOT recommend this location to anyone traveling to San Antonio.

Location was a nice part of town. Easy access to highway and attractions. Bed was comfortable and staff was very attentive. I received a text everyday to check on us. Would venture out for day and come back to a nicely made bed, trash thrown and coffee/towels restocked.

Absolutely no complaints

What's very it's comfortable beds and towels, and the water pressure and shower was absolutely to die for Did not want to get out of it. Lol the air blew from the heater and was cold in the second bed.So I asked for a blanket, and they produced two blankets so extremely helpful housekeepers. This baff was so pleasant and helpful very clean, in a nice area. Very pleased

Canceling of the thing I didn't like. Maybe prices in the restaurant and having to pay for parking, but other than that has been, what happens
