Room service was not great! For people not familiar with code on the tv, not easy. No room paper menu. Telephone systems suck. Can’t hear and hard to work. Breakfast was the in a box. We were hoping for a better experience.

The location of the hotel is the only positive thing I can honestly say about it.
We sat in our car for 50 minutes for valet parking. My elderly in-laws were given a conference room as their room. It was a room with a huge table and a very squeaky Murphy bed…really? With some encouragement we had them request another room. Luckily, that was done. Most times during the day and evening you will wait a very long time for an elevator. We used the stairs often.

The location was perfect, on the banks of the Riverwalk, one block from the Alamo, and in the heart of downtown.
The room was comfortable but very dark. Large windows looked out into a dimly lit part of a large atrium.

It was a nice hotel. All the employees were friendly. It was clean and in a good location. They accommodated my early check in as well
The elevators were an issue. There was always a line and they seemed to always stop at every floor.
Also the ac went out halfway thru my trip and I was told by management they had run out of fans so we basically just had to deal with it.

The room wasn't ready by 4, which was pretty annoying as that's check in time and we booked over a month ago. I paid extra for a high floor, but wasn't aware they would be putting me in a room overlooking the lobby and not outside. Room was pretty but extremely dark, and there isn't any mention at booking what kind of room you'll get. Not worth the money, I go to the riverwalk every year for a mini-vacation, this was a one and done for me

Breakfast was included in the package booked via Booking.com but at checkout the hotel charged us for breakfast which I realized only when I saw my credit card statement. Great location for site-seeing.
Most of the 6 elevators out of commission or extremely slow. So crowded on the riverwalk that we left early due to no access to stores. Over 2 hour wait to get on the boat for the tour, lost $40 there-no refunds. Room too expensive for what it was. Parking is obscene too.

Way too high price was rediculas for no view that was advertized when i booked room only because it had the view we looked at crappy construction and they didnt comp us nothing offer a free breakfast which is also way over priced worst custermer experience we wont book our family reunion we had planned before this visit didnt care when told atendant at reservations at all makes me relunctant to ever book with this hotel chain
The bad customer service didnt get the room with the view on top that they also gave us the room with handicap 1st floor all noise and no offer to comp free breakfast or something for false advertisement no view of riverwalk but wonderful view of ugly construction and breakfast way over priced

Didn’t have breakfast… a simple family breakfast would’ve cost over $150.
The place is nice but the stay is just too expensive, especially when you include $46 per night parking, mandatory concierge to use a luggage cart, no coffee in the lobby, etc. For the price, I would expect some complimentary service… even some decent coffee in the morning would’ve made a difference.

The staff is fantastic! Room was very comfortable. My husband has back and neck issues, he slept great on the mattress. Location was better than we expected. Walking distance to several family attractions and great restaurants both above and on the river walk. Live music with great seating just outside the hotel. Accessibility was good considering the area.
The pool, the water was so cloudy we couldn't see the legs of the people in it and it's only 3.5 ft deep. The color and cloudiness of the water made it very unappealing. The lift going up was awful, difficult to use, loud, clunky. The view was great though.

The location is wonderful. The hotel is beautiful.
We never had enough towels for the 4 people who stayed in the room. Even after asking , we never got fresh towels. The buffet was ridiculously priced. One person paid 27 dollars for a bowl of oatmeal. I paid 52 for a small spoonful of eggs 2 piec3s of bacon and 2 bowls of cereal. We were never informed it was a buffet nor the prices.

My room service was late and did not come until I called after waiting for an hour. I was over charged for my stay although I was told I would be credited I still have not seen a credit on my account. The pool was crowded, extremely cloudy and shallow.

Location is perfect, customer service is awesome,value is great, couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Trash bags weren’t on the trash can, I have to put them on , the bed have dogs/cats hair , our pajamas were full of white hair after the first night.
